We went to pick up the car after it was repaired, and it would not start. They had left the key turned on for hours and killed the battery. So we get the car home and it breaks down the next day on the way to work with our 1 year old in the car. Somehow the timing belt, which was fine, was now broken and Brockes said they would fix it for $900. When we called to see if they would fix it for a cheaper price, we were told "No, that's my price" They also refused to refund the New Tires they had us buy. We will NEVER go to Brockes again for anything. I would recommend others do the same.
