I've called twice to get service and they haven't even bothered answering. I won't be calling a third time.

He has always fixed everything I've brought to his shop. He has been fair and honest with me.read more

well I had a poor inspection done there ,They said the muffler/labor 100.00 was bad so they…read morereplaced it,then it all passed inspection.Well just after I got the tags for I lost brake pedal ,had no brakes the left rear line was leaking fluid so I clamped it off,so iI wolud still have brake's,then the next day as I was driving home the right front ball joint breaks right in front of Auffenburg dealers,so they say they can fix it for 345.00,But I call my dad and he call's craig's,but auffenburg said they could fix it and it would be cheaper then getting it towed somewhere,But my dad is upset with the fact that it broke and they(Auffenburg )has it there shop,so dad tells to put it back in the street so they do but the dent the oilpan with there jack and dad is mad now and auffenburg tell dad to get the fucking car off his lot,so when craig show up with the tow truck he tears up the CV boot loading it on the tow truck, what he's say the ball joint is a few dollars and that he can fix the cv boot, so he take it to his shop,Well dad ask him to do a better check of the car, make sure it safe for me to drive to college,so dad go to pay for the car it is like 5o4.00 bill, towing 59.95,cv boot 49.95,29.95 labor for cv boot, lube for cv 7.95,223.95 for ball joint,89.95 to install ball joint,44.95 for aligment, tax 24.95...so getting my car inspected there cost me cost me 624.plus 12. inspection when if they would of check the car proper could of saved on the towing cv boot, lube, labor ..And the brake line is still clamp off were dad clamp it ..He did not to think of the owner he thought he would just make a fast buck pff my dad,I don't know why dad would even go there, look to me that they aleast owe my dad 150.00 back for over charging on things that craig broke tow,cv boot/lube/labor,..So if you want to get a crocket inspection thn go see craig and it could cost you your life to drive away from there garage...I feel sorry for my dad for paying this much on a bad job done ,then I went by and pick up my car i could drive over 50 mph with out the car jolting back and fourth so they alig what and did they test drive the car after the aligment(guess not)my dad say just let it go but I am pissed off about the service he got there...another garage say the tie-rod ends are bad...go figure..
