Brought our vehicle in for overheating issues, they said it was the radiator. Cost me $700 bucks. Go on a drive.. same issue overheating... had my wife and 3 kids in the car going 70mph down the highway and the serpentine belt falls off. Could of been fatal. Called them and explained and they wanted another $700 bucks to fix that. Which was probably the issue in the first place because it was still overheating. Stumbled onto this shop while looking for another in same part of town. Been taking my car there ever since. Most of the time I wait while my car is being checked and repaired. As a result I have observed first hand how they deal with other customers and how the owners- a very nice couple- and their mechanics don't waste any time or my money in getting the vehicles in and repaired as soon as possible. Their hourly rates are very reasonable compared to others in town and unlike most, they don't automatically charge a full hour's fee for a job that takes less time. read more

This is in response to Mathew Vanostran's complaint. When we schedule customer vehicles, it is impossible to account for unexpected issues, for instance in this case; seized bolts that are needed to adjust the alignment. When this happens on any vehicle, it takes extra time that is not planned for in the schedule, especially when there is work for other customer vehicles coming in behind it. Mr. Vanostran was told when we checked the alignment we couldn't make the necessary adjustments due to the seized components and he had the option to leave his vehicle until the vehicles scheduled after it were completed, but he chose to continue driving it. This is not a problem with AutoPro, but a problem with Mr. Vanostran's vehicle that needed more time to address the issues. AutoPro ordered the correct parts for Mr. Vanostran's vehicle. These parts came from an outside supplier, all we can do is give the part and vehicle information, as there are many options on these vehicles, AutoPro cannot control receiving incorrect parts from time to time, but we do all we can to correct them & keep the customer informed. AutoPro performed an alignment and made the correct adjustments. In the process of the alignment the control arm bolts moved enough to come into specs. This adjustment was correct and the vehicle was in proper alignment. Mr. Vanostran was given a print out showing before and after adjustments, proving it was correct when the vehicle left the facility. AutoPro only charged Mr. Vanostran's for the time we had getting the bolts to move enough for the vehicle to come into align. The second time Mr. Vanostran's vehicle was checked for alignment, at no charge, the vehicle was still in spec. The third time the vehicle was checked, at no charge, it was out and we were unable to once again free up the bolts for adjustment. This was after Mr. Vanostran's took it to another shop. AutoPro stayed after business hours to help get Mr. Vanostran's vehicle back into spec, but this time we could not get it to adjust without replacement of the seized componants. If the vehicle needs additional work to complete the repair, there is an extra charge, although we offered Mr. Vanostran a discounted labor time to try to assist him & do the alignment for free again, he declined and said he wanted to try to do it himself; we did try to work with him. AutoPro must point out alignments do not need readjusted unless a vehicle hits something, or someone physically adjusts the vehicle. Because of this, AutoPro will not refund money, as the vehicle was in spec when left. For verification we contacted Hoffman, the manufacture of our alignment machine, and there is no calibration required on this machine and it is performing correctly. Our machine is top of the line equipment; we do many alignments and have not had any other issues. read more

I took mine vehicle there to get 4 new tires and an alignment on my 2004 Honda. They put the new tires on and tried to align it afterwards but they told me they couldn't because there were a couple frozen bolts in the rear so they made me drive it with new tires on it with it being out of alignment, which I was not happy about. So they told me to make an appointment so they could get the rear back in alignment. I took it back a few days later and left it it was well over a week before it was finished they kept ordering the wrong parts and making excuses as to why they didn't have it done. Finally I get a call from them saying it's done, here I'm thinking finally they got it done. After a few hundred miles I noticed the tires are getting abnormal wear on the rear just like they were with the old tires. So come to find out what they did puzzled me, they loosened suspension components in other spots to make it look like it was in alignment. What they loosened and retightened did not hold, now I took it back to them to have them look it over telling them that my tires are wearing funny and they kept saying we don't see anything wrong with them it all looks good, at this point I am not happy because I just spent $500 on tires and another $130 on labor just for them to loosen a couple suspension parts to make it look like it was an alignment that didn't hold because they made the adjustment in a spot that wasn't meant to be messed with. So now my tires are wearing abnormal and the problem was never fixed correctly, not only am I out $130 but my tires have unnecessary wear on them so they will not last as long and I have to do the repair myself by putting on new lower control arms in new bolts so I can be aligned right. And I have to pay someone else to do my alignment because I do not trust these people anymore with my car. All I want from them at this point is to make it right with me and they won't even do that. All I'm asking for them to do is reimburse me for the labor of $130 and replacing the tires with new ones because they are worn abnormally because they failed to do the alignment the correct way. They told me they saved me money but they are costing me more money in the long run. Not happy I would not recommend doing business with these people. read more

Wow! Just Wow. This was the second time I've taken my Mustang there and both times they far exceeded my expectations. I don't know a great deal about cars, they could have really taken advantage of that but they didn't. On the first visit what I thought was going to be a very expensive break problem turned out to be a minor fix that didn't cost me much at all. The second visit was a fix because a friend of mine put in the fuel pump and busted the filler neck on my fuel tank and gas was leaking everywhere. I expected this to also be expensive but it wasn't at all. I'm pretty sure he even fixed a misfire I was having at the same time. They kept me up to date on the status of my car and how long it would take. Excellent communication all the way around. They really know how to take care of their customers. I've finally found a trustworthy - honest mechanic. The lady in the office knows as much about cars as most mechanics I have dealt with in the past. THANK YOU AUTO PRO!!! read more
