I would not recommend M&M Appliances based on my recent experience…read more We have a high-end GE Monogram built-in refrigerator that stopped working. M&M quoted us approximately $2,500 to replace multiple boards and service the refrigerator. They also told us there would be essentially no warranty on the electronics other than a short company warranty. After getting a second opinion from another appliance repair company, we were told that only one board appeared to need replacement, with an estimated cost of about $847 plus labor, which was far more reasonable. What was especially concerning was that the second technician noted that one of the original boards had apparently been removed from our refrigerator without that being clearly communicated to us beforehand. Based on our experience, the original diagnosis and pricing from M&M seemed excessive and not transparent. I would strongly encourage anyone with a higher-end appliance, especially a built-in refrigerator, to get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs.

I should have read these reviews before I called them out. They are the LG authorized service…read morecenter and their service is horrible. They took my washer away and didn't repair it for days. I finally asked for it back without the repair. The technician was so mad he banged the washer on the door getting it back in, snapped the return hose off and spilled water all over my floor. Then proceeded to hook up the hoses like spaghetti and wouldn't run it to make sure it didn't leak. Beware, Do not use them.
