Instead, I received a last-minute call late on a Friday telling me my car was ready for pickup before closing. Because I work in downtown Nashville, this meant trying to leave work early and sit in heavy Friday traffic just to make it in time. Since they are closed on weekends, missing that window would have meant waiting until Monday. Complicating matters further, my insurance provider, Progressive, would not continue covering the rental car beyond that point, so I would have had to pay out of pocket due to the timing and lack of notice. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered that the device on the front driver's side used to operate the window had been broken. What followed was a frustrating series of phone calls. A manager initially told me the replacement part had been ordered, but when I followed up, I was told he no longer worked there and no part had actually been ordered. After several more calls, the part was finally ordered, and I had to return to the shop for them to replace it. While the repair work itself may have been acceptable, the overall experience was impacted by poor communication, lack of follow-through, and the additional time and stress required to resolve an issue that occurred while the vehicle was in their care. Clearer updates, accountability, and proactive service would have made a significant difference.

The interior was filthy. The leather seats were completely ruined. The fender trim on both front tires is hanging on by a thread. The sunroof has stains, and the interior compartment cover is broken. How does that even happen during a repair job? There was zero care or professionalism in how they handled our vehicle. It felt like they just didn't care. What should've been a simple repair turned into an even bigger mess, and now we're left cleaning up after their poor work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have never experienced poorer customer service than I have at Maaco. Poor customer service in store and on the corporate level. Vehicle was taken to this location for repair to bumper. Bumper was fixed but discovered two damaged areas that were caused by Maaco. The owner and receptionist saw the damage they caused and fixed one of the areas. Went to pick up vehicle for the last time and noticed there was area of the vehicle that was still not fixed. Owner informed me over and over again that he was not going to paint vehicle over even after he admitted to seeing the damage and fixing it the first time. The owner did not attempt to rectify the situation in anyway or try to explain the situation or offer any other solution. I was met with poor customer service, horrible managerial skills, degrading words and a sheer lack of customer care. On the corporate level I was met with the same dialogue. No one attempted to rectify the issue or make the customer feel valued or offer any reconciliation. I can not recommend anyone take there car to be fixed at this Maaco location. Your vehicle is important and you need to put your vehicle in trusted hands because if something goes wrong at Maaco and you do not get your vehicle back in better shape than when you left it they will NOT help you in anyway. We understand that fast and good ain't cheap and fast and cheap ain't good. My wife's car turned out better than expected, got the passenger front door repaired, and with that, they had to paint and blend almost the entire passenger side. Now the passenger side looks EVEN BETTER than the drivers side. But it all blends.
