This wasn't just any car they worked on. It was our beloved family car -- the one I learned to drive in, the one we took on so many road trips and made so many memories in. We trusted them to take care of it after a wooden plank damaged the hood and windshield. Big mistake. They had our car for weeks, and when we finally got it back, it was in far worse condition. The interior was filthy. The leather seats were completely ruined. The fender trim on both front tires is hanging on by a thread. The sunroof has stains, and the interior compartment cover is broken. How does that even happen during a repair job? There was zero care or professionalism in how they handled our vehicle. It felt like they just didn't care. What should've been a simple repair turned into an even bigger mess, and now we're left cleaning up after their poor work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If your car means something to you -- if you expect even basic respect for your property -- avoid Gerber Collision in Murfreesboro.
