One guy came out that I told I needed an estimate, he passed me off on another guy who kept saying "the boss isn't here. Might not be for an hour." Someone then pulled in a damaged car behind mine so that I'd have to try and work around it to get out of the very tiny parking area. I'm not going anywhere near this place again.

Friendly people, fair pricing, updates via phone; however, once I saw my vehicle, I was utterly disappointed. Upon inspecting my car I found: 1- Thick layer of dust covering the inside dash, steering wheel, and floor mats 2- Trash inside the vehicle (wax pen, plastic floor mat covers) 3- Misaligned fender 4- Missing R and L hinge covers (they took the drivers side one off to match although drivers side was not worked on) 5- Hollow sounding door upon closure 6- Failed to inform me that the some paint protective film would need to be removed. Vehicle returned without it The tech who returned my vehicle to me had said he worked on nine cars in 7 hours, and was "sorry that the car had not been dried nor the plastic floor mat covers removed." I had taken the car back several weeks later to attempt to have these issues fixed. Some of the issues were fixed; however, the missing hinge covers and hollow sounding door remained. The owner himself even worked on my car and couldn't properly diagnose the door issue! When expressing my dissatisfaction with the work the owner said "there's nothing more I can do, cars are just big tin cans." I ended up taking the car to another auto body shop and they diagnosed and corrected the problem within MINUTES! Now my car is as good as new! To Walter Colson and employees: PLEASE treat your customers vehicles like your own. I take great pride in my vehicle and was SO SO SO disheartened to see it treated and returned in this state. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you care about your vehicle at all!!!

Ricardo, the owner is a thief, and liar. He will claim to have replaced your damaged parts with new ones. When in reality, they will repair the damaged parts and say they have replaced with dealership OEM parts. I went in on the weekend to gather some belongings out of my vehicle and noticed the crooked work they had done. I asked Ricardo on why he was reusing my damaged parts and he claimed that they were new. I removed my vehicle from this establishment and requested my money back. Ricardo refused to take my calls and was never at the body shop when I went to speak to him. I took my vehicle to another body shop and they confirmed that those were indeed my old parts and the job had to be redone again. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere. This guy will take advantage of you and your money.

I found this place, and we were a bit concerned when we saw there were very few reviews and nonexistent on google maps. Weirdly enough, when I first looked on Yelp, there was one review, and that one got removed? There are zero reviews currently, and the person I was messaging through the Yelp app said they just started their Yelp page. In any case, I asked a lot of questions through Yelp, and although the responses weren't the warmest, they responded quickly and I kept asking for more information because they were the cheapest for the work I needed. They also sent me some photos on work they've done, although none of them showed paint jobs (or before / afters). One of their responses made me uncomfortable - other shops I asked for the same work said it'd take 2-3 days (and three to four times the price). When the person from Driveway Doctors came to take a look at the car, they said they'd have to do a glaze and a finish - and could do it in one day. We wanted to know how these two layers would dry in one day, and none of the other shops said they could do it in one day. The response I got was: "this is our profession, we have all the tools and equipment we need to get the job done right and with quick turn around". That didn't really answer my question, and I followed up to ask for a clarification - no response. Eventually, I called the number listed on Yelp, no response but a quick text follow-up. I asked to talk to the person who came to look at the car, and we talked on the phone. He was excellent and explained everything, name is Mena. If I hadn't thought of doing this, I likely would've dropped it and gotten the work done elsewhere because the person responding to me on Yelp didn't seem like someone who cared much about customer service. In any case, I'm glad I pushed through because Mena (or Isaac?) did an excellent job. I'm not entirely sure who ended up doing the work, because Mena came to look at the car, and Isaac is the person we ended up paying (my partner went to meet the person both times so I'm unsure who it was). They pick up your car and drive it to a rented place to work on it (or you can drop it off yourself), and they did a great job, can barely tell the car was ever scratched. Turns out the person who worked on it is currently in trade school, but it was solid work - at least for now. Hopefully the materials used are durable and don't start to fade. We're very happy with the work, I just think the customer service aspect can be greatly improved.
