I have never experienced poorer customer service than I have at Maaco. Poor customer service in store and on the corporate level. Vehicle was taken to this location for repair to bumper. Bumper was fixed but discovered two damaged areas that were caused by Maaco. The owner and receptionist saw the damage they caused and fixed one of the areas. Went to pick up vehicle for the last time and noticed there was area of the vehicle that was still not fixed. Owner informed me over and over again that he was not going to paint vehicle over even after he admitted to seeing the damage and fixing it the first time. The owner did not attempt to rectify the situation in anyway or try to explain the situation or offer any other solution. I was met with poor customer service, horrible managerial skills, degrading words and a sheer lack of customer care. On the corporate level I was met with the same dialogue. No one attempted to rectify the issue or make the customer feel valued or offer any reconciliation. I can not recommend anyone take there car to be fixed at this Maaco location. Your vehicle is important and you need to put your vehicle in trusted hands because if something goes wrong at Maaco and you do not get your vehicle back in better shape than when you left it they will NOT help you in anyway. The car can be repaired at another auto body shop but the horrible customer experience I received from Maaco as a whole left a bad taste in my mouth. I can not recommend it to anyone.
