I'd probably have to get custom boots to get comfortable boots, but that's even pricier! There's a lot of boots made of all sorts of genuine leather -- I personally don't know if I love that (I'm an animal lover!) but it's usually also better than "vegan leather" which just ends up contributing to the overwhelming amount of plastic contributing to our environment so eh! Up to you on how you feel about it, it overall looked pretty authentic and sturdy and a lot of the boots mentioned they were hand-made. The store is clean, smells like leather (which I like lol but not everyone may) and overall is organized well. Parking is a bit odd but when we went on a Sunday midday, it was easy to find parking. There's also a huge selection of jeans of varying colors as well as shirts and belts that all tie together well. If you're looking for a Western look, this is the place to shop!

The quality is similar to Aldo, lower end mid tier shoes. I stopped at the outlets looking for a certain style of boot and Steve Madden was the only place I could find what I was looking for with the right colors. They are an outlet so they may not have the size you are looking for but if they do have your size you should get a pretty good price. I liked the customer service on my visit and they had all the sizes I was looking for. It was quick and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It's tucked away in the corner of the outlet.

I went in specifically to replace my crocs because washing them SHRUNK them, I got an offer from crocs for 15% off and went to use the barcode there in store. The cashier didn't know what he was doing, he was claiming it wouldn't take, so he got the "manager" and she too didn't know was she was doing. She was young and ignorant as well. Didn't know anything about customer service neither- it was only obvious that I had an offer from crocs for 15% off and could've manually entered it but chose not to. I will not go here again, definitely will take my business elsewhere.

The first thing- I was redy to pay standing right next to her, and she was holding my clothes, but she immediately chose to ring up the white guy who came up after me and told me that I will take him first, then she transferred me to the another guy cashier who is nice to me. The second thing is that I asked for to give or sell me the some extra smallplastic bags (4 or 5) because I am giving out the presents to individuals. At that time she answered and refuesed to gave me because I had only one or two receipts. She still told me that I could get only one more because you got two already. The reason I got two bags because one bag is not enough to put it all in there. She told me that if she gave me or sell extra bags she could be in a big trouble. I know that was not ture because I am doing the customer service job as well. Selling or giving a few bags won't have big troubles that the customer needed. I should have returned everything I bought but I wasted my time to choose the clothes and didn't want to make a problem that she made. But I decided to report at puma management team and telling to other people my experience. The way she treated me was not right and also worry about other Asian people who is going through the same way as I experienced. I would like to know how the management team take actions of this act.

I was really happy with my new running shoes! I am a huge fan of Nike shoes (especially their Revolution line of running shoes), and stumbled upon the Revolution 7 in a nice dusty cactus color. YES!! Dusty cactus, aka their fancy name for turquoise :) Haha. I also tried on a few other pairs but this one had the most cushion & bounce. When I checked out, the cashier was friendly. And of course at this location, parking is right outside the store so very little walking required. Haha. The Gilroy outlets are overall nice, if you happen to be that far south of the Bay Area.

It's a spacious store with clothes in the front and shoes shelves in the back. They have final racks from last season's clothing line. There's various sales across the store on mostly everything. The staff are nice and friendly when they greeted me in the store and asked if I had any questions while window shopping. Good store experience!

This store is quite large with a big selection of clothing and other household items. I found a really nice blanket with strawberries all over it. It is so soft. I also found some Valentine's Day socks. They had a nice variety of Valentine's Day items. The line at the checkout was short and fast. Customer service was great.

Came here looking to get some replacement laces for a set of boots I had purchased for work some…read moreyears back. The laces are starting to go and so I thought I would try and get the original ones because they lasted so long. Unfortunately, they weren't available that day, so I'll need to keep looking, but my wife was with me and started taking interest in the insoles. She enjoys walking, and works in the medical field where she needs to stand at work most of the day. Nicholas helped walk her through picking out a set of insoles with their automated foot profiler, and then provided her set of tennis shoes similar to ones she has to try them in since she didn't come with shoes to wear (Great sales tactic, if I had to say so myself lol). In all seriousness though, thank you Nicholas very much for your wonderful help and considerate explanations. Did not come in expecting to spend that much but seeing my wife's relief and afterglow was well worth it! Fingers crossed I can get the original Wolverine laces for my boots there too, someday.
