The first thing- I was redy to pay standing right next to her, and she was holding my clothes, but she immediately chose to ring up the white guy who came up after me and told me that I will take him first, then she transferred me to the another guy cashier who is nice to me. The second thing is that I asked for to give or sell me the some extra smallplastic bags (4 or 5) because I am giving out the presents to individuals. At that time she answered and refuesed to gave me because I had only one or two receipts. She still told me that I could get only one more because you got two already. The reason I got two bags because one bag is not enough to put it all in there. She told me that if she gave me or sell extra bags she could be in a big trouble. I know that was not ture because I am doing the customer service job as well. Selling or giving a few bags won't have big troubles that the customer needed. Alex assisted me over the phone and knew, off the top of his head, what sizes and color suits he had in stock. Wow! Holy shit. I was expecting to be on hold for at least 10 minutes, but not this time.. He pulled three suits from his sales floor and had them hung up behind the register when I arrived an hour later. Alex assisted me and another customer, simultaneously, and I was able try on the dark blue which fit perfectly. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes; and because of Alex, I'm relieved of the last minute stress this suit-shopping has caused. Thank you Alex.
