I live 2.5 away so I didn't really know where to go. I left my Jeep in their lot and dropped my key in the Dropbox. I called them in the AM to explain. They call me back after looking at it. On Friday, before 3pm, it was finished! They were so nice on the phone, helped me make arrangements to come get it and the pricing was totally fair! I could be happier and would def recommend these guys!

Important info is, I was a track and wheeled vehicle mechanic in the Army for 8 years so I have more than the avg persons knowledge when it comes to working on vehicles. I have a rear differential in my truck that was previously worked on under warranty by the dealer, most dealers are over priced and usually under preform as proven by my rear differential that is going out again. After explaining to the 2 employees my issue with Bill listening, that I have a low speed knock coming from the rear axle that is only noticeable under 20 mph. Without even seeing the truck he tells me I have a bad wheel bearing. Not feeling so good about this shop after this comment. I ask if someone can go on a test drive and Bill happily offers to go. We get into my truck and Bill proceeds to literally take off up 113N to 45-50 mph and says he hears nothing. I remind him of what I said in the shop, and he finally admits I might know more than he thought. We switch seats and I go down a back road and I show him what the noise is while going about 15mph, he admits to hearing it. Back to the shop, I leave the truck for them to look into. Get a call a couple hours later it's done. And all they come up with is a break pad needed lube and they checked the driveline u bolts and then didn't hear the noise on test a drive by the mechanic not bill. I'm betting he just blasted down the road like Bill did, hope he enjoyed the ride that cost me $250 On my drive home I hear the noise as usual and decide that Bill cannons is not a shop I would recommend to anyone that I respect. So back on the hunt for a reputable shop with knowledgeable technicians.
