From the minute we set foot on the venue property the morning of our wedding until the minute we left we were absolutely blown away. Marlyn and Jen were just so above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. I would've had Marlyn at my wedding as a guest because I love her so much. I went through my day stress free without any type of professional coordinator (which was shocking for me!). marlyn handled absolutely every single detail and issue that arose. (Again, none of which were her fault lol.) Marlyn walked around with me, carried my bouquet, made sure my phone got to my good friend to snap some photos, made sure I had a drink in my hand every minute I wanted it, and just thought of absolutely everything. She even SCRUBBED the dirt off my dress from the rain so it was perfect. I cannot recommend this stunning venue enough! Although, a team is only as good as their players. so, more importantly, i cannot recommend marlyn enough. Our guests are still raving about the venue, scenery, food, and atmosphere. Additionally, they were strict about certain décor choices. We requested to bring in black chairs to match our color scheme, but were told no, as they only offered brown chairs at the time. It wasn't a major issue for me, and everything still looked beautiful -- but ironically, just a month or two after our wedding, they switched their ceremony chairs to black. Despite those minor frustrations, Alley and the entire Park Loft team were wonderful to work with. They were flexible when we needed wiggle room with décor, planning, and even financing.
