Super convenient market stocked with everything you might need at Snowmass. It's walkable from the condo we're renting this week and it's been helpful for grabbing items here and there. Wanted burgers for dinner so walked 1/2 mile and grabbed some toppings in a pinch. Busy place and the stocking shelf process seems tricky with limited space, but they make it work and people can still shop. Self checkout is fast and bring your bags so you don't have to buy paper ones (and have them break as you get on the shuttle like I saw happen to one guy). Coffee bar in front and it's super affordable. Something like $1.50 for drip coffee and around $3-$5 for lattes and fancier stuff. Produce is well-stocked and fresh. Happy to grab up some items. Pricier, yes, but the only other option is GG's and that's tinier... and 1/2 hr shuttle down the mountain and into town for other groceries. I've been going to this market long before it was even renovated (30 years) and whenever I'm in town, this is where I stock up for my family. The prices are reasonable, the produce/meat/dairy are fresh and it's just a great local grocery store. Whenever I've needed service for meat or cheese recommendations, the employees were knowledgeable. I really like the new, updated store and how easy it is to locate what I need. This is a great market to visit after a long day of skiing. The selections of produce, pasta and sauces make it easy for a large family to create a quick meal. Pretty much everything you need on a trip to Snowmass Village. Reminds me of a Fresh Market grocery store. Lots of drink, food, deli, and a decent pharmacy section too with cold medications and heat warmers. Grabbed some oxygen here too. Wish they didn't only have brown bags because they break sometimes. read more

This is likely where you're getting groceries while I. Snowmass. They seem to have cornered this town. Expect to pay about 25% more than you would pay at a normal national grocer but you're in Snowmass, what did you expect. Fairly decent selection all things considered. Employees were friendly and there's a solid liquor store next door to stock up in that department as well. read more

This was the only grocery store I found in snowmass and was thankful they were open till 9 or 10 on a Sunday night. As I came in to town late & needed trail food for early next morning. Prices are typically high given it's a ski town, but very similar to DC prices. This store had everything you need, but it's a bit hard to find, as its inside a building & down a hallway. read more

For those of you Texans who are familiar with HEB/Central Market, this reminds me of Central Market. One stop shop for groceries, pharmacy, Meat Market, Coffee Cafe and a lunch bar for quick meals. Some even sell liquor! I was able to get groceries to cook a healthy breakfast and pack a lunch for my day hike. I also picked up a latte to get me started for the day. The Market - wonderful. The building - Snowmass Center - is outdated and barely ADA (I suppose if you walk around the building to the higher level) First, this market has quite the selection for a limited service area such as Snowmass. Meat Dept, Produce, Small OTC medicine section - huge refrigerated section, There is a hint of Safeway Distribution and a smaller quantity - so if you are preparing a big party, be careful!.. Staff seems a bit overwhelmed. Now the building - as it happened I needed the facilities after being out by Mt Sopris. I could have visited the Highway Conoco - but surely there would be a good facility at the Clarks near my hotel. I ask - I am told - go out of the store, end of long hall, turn, end of shorter hall past FedEx Self-Serve- up two long flights of stairs, around to another hall, down a ramp, and down to the end of a long hallway. Oh and I am dealing with a leg muscle strain. What? And what about if you had a walker a wheelchair. Yes, its a Ski Area. Please note the bulk of your boomer target is reaching the age where help is needed. But thats ok. Hey guys, get your landlord to put in a convenient ADA bathroom! The only place in Snowmass that's awesome! I got grocery's for 7 days and everything I needed I was able to find it here. It's clean and the veggies are fresh. I also went to the deli to get some cheese for my sandwich and the people there are so nice and funny too. They let me try different types of cheese and Dude recommended the chipotle cheese! When we travel we like to hit up a reasonably priced local grocery store. Luckily there is Clark's Market in Snowmass Village. We found delicious deli foods to eat outside on pick nick tables. I was craving a Mexican Coke in a glass bottle, but needed a bottle opener. I asked the check out clerk, Darla, fully expecting to be directed to buy an opener. Clark's doesn't always have the best fresh produce in good condition. They need to remove the old, tired vegetables instead of leaving them on the shelves. For a while I was always finding mistakes on my receipts in the store's favor. I always check after I'm handed the receipt. read more

This is a great small grocery store in Snowmass Village. Very upscale and is a small store but has all the essentials. Has some good ready made food as well if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. They just bought the space and opened the store in July after the old grocery store there closed. One of the two supermarkets in Aspen and considered the more premium and more expensive of the two. It's carrying a limited selection of items, but is a bit more varied than City Market, which is the other market in town. It's mostly OK for your daily needs, but just barely. Most people would be able to get by. Anything else, you're going to have to go down-valley to Whole Foods in Basalt or Wal-Mart or Target in Glenwood Springs. Has an in-store deli which is actually not bad and a good option for a quick and low effort meal. Located in the center of town in an accessible location. Has a parking lot that rarely gets crowded and one should always find space. Has an OK liquor store adjacent to it as well as a few other stores. read more

Shopped at Telluride store for an event. Asked if I would be able to return items in case they weren't needed. The check out person said yes. However today when I took the things back I was told that store policy is no money back only gift cards. No matter how much I explained that I was leaving town or asked for help resolving I was refused. So much so that I ended up crying in frustration and from the utter lack of humanity. I will never shop in a Clarks market. I urge anyone else to beware. read more

Absolutely one of my favorite grocery stores anywhere. Has lots of fresh organic produce, a nice meat and cheese selection, and all the essentials including a coffee and pastry bar. This is our go to supply haven every year when we come to play in Snowmass. The best part is that we can always park up front and get in and out fast, no wandering up and down huge aisles of box stores we left behind in the city. read more

Clark's Market is the only grocery store in Snowmass, and they price themselves accordingly. I only do emergency shopping here, as City Market in Aspen or Basalt is quite a bit cheaper. However, despite being outrageously overpriced, this little upscale grocery store can easily satisfy all of your needs if you are just vacationing for a week. The selection of items are mostly premium, and there is also a coffee bar immediatly when you walk in. The best part is that the Snowmass shuttle picks up right outside of Clark's if you do not have a car. It's also easily accessible by walking from many condos. read more

Small, conveniently located, and has a solid selection of pretty much everything you would need. It is close enough to the ski area to walk with a few things, and the buses make everything accessible. It's a 2 minute drive depending on the condo complex you are in. Excellent sandwich, terrible, rude service. I went to the deli to order a sandwich and one of the men behind the counter was incredibly rude! I was going to inform the clerk as I checked out of this bad experience but the kid was so rude at the cash register that I just left with my tail between my legs. Very close and convenient to Snowmass Village Mall. We popped in for some fruit, snacks, and water. Clark's had a nice selection of items and was fully stocked, easy parking as well. This is a nice little market. It's got a great selection of stuff for our vacation. Fresh bread, cheeses, all kinds of things we had to pass up. The snowmass shuttle goes right to it so it's very convenient. They don't sell beer but there is a store right next to it that has a great selection of beer wine and liquor. read more
