While staying at The Inn, I had the opportunity to meet Courtney whom is the general manager of Roxies while in Aspen. She told me about the Roxies and out of curiosity I checked it out the following day. In my opinion, Roxies is the best grocery store in Aspen. I particularly liked the tacos at the deli and also really enjoyed the wide variety of specialized drinks offered. The prices were fair and overall the establishment was quite charming. Next time I'm in Aspen I will do my shopping at Roxies. read more

The customer's complaint was not simply that a payment didn't go through, it was that they were treated rudely and allegedly laughed at when they asked for help. Instead of addressing that, the owner speculates that the customer's card may have triggered a fraud alert and then assures everyone that her managers are professional. That doesn't address the experience described at all. It's also worth noting that the reviewer specifically mentions trying to use EBT, while the owner's response discusses credit-card fraud alerts. So the response doesn't even appear to be addressing the situation the customer described. A business owner doesn't have to agree with every negative review, but dismissing the customer's account, assuming the problem was on their end, and ending with 'Hope you enjoyed your Aspen visit' is hardly an example of customer service. unfortunately, I have to put a one star. Coming from out of state and visiting Aspen, I heard about the Roxy burgers being very good and was trying to check out through EBT which they do say they showed me that they do not. Unfortunately, I had horrible service with the manager, laughing in my face saying "I'm not telling you you don't have money, but I'm saying that it's your card that's not working and it's not on our end." it clearly was on their end, and they were being very rude and inconsiderate, and not willing to help any further besides laughing in my face saying that it's not their fault. I do not suggest coming here unless you are willing to drop multiple hundred dollars on some people who don't care and are very inconsiderate. I have a balance of three times the amount of the transaction. I was trying to check out with and was unable to get any of my groceries. Because they refuse to help anymore. read more

This is a nice little market by the airport in the Aspen business center, with a good selection of produce and some niche items, like craft frozen pizzas from New York City and some locally made snacks. Prices are high--I paid $19 for a watermelon!--but comparable to Clark's in Snowmass and Aspen, but with a better selection of things I buy. read more

Please make better grab and go. Wraps are continually soggy and and lack flavor. Would be inedible if I weren't starving. The French restaurant in the ABC has incredible sandwiches and more for the same price. Every time I eat at Roxy's I get buyers remorse. read more

The food is awful. Today we technically threw over $20 in garbage. I bought supposedly orange chicken with rice and 4 pieces of chocolate chip cookies. The were all disgusting and we spit them out after the first bite. read more

- Sandwich was great, but not worth $11 - Sweet potato fries tasted good but hardly provided enough to be worth $5. - total meal with no drink $17 + w/ tax - staff was friendly, but very helpful to explaining what are costumer favorite (as I've never been there). - Nice outdoor sitting area w/ plenty of seating! Location being right off the highway and bus stop is super convenient. -- Overall it is way over priced when I can eat in Aspen for the a little bit more $ and get better service, meal variety, and atmosphere. I mostly stop in Roxy's Market for two things: First, to pick up dinner after work. Second, to pick up cases of water to take to work. This little convenience grocery store has everything you could need for a quick and delicious dinner. They have a plethora of pre-made foods and salads, a deli counter, groceries, and more. It's very petite and pricey but very convenient. The standout point of this store are the employees. Every time that I am coming through with giant cases of water, someone has offered to help me. They have even helped carry it out to my car! Roxy's goes above and beyond. There is also plenty of parking here! If the prices were a touch lower, I would do all of my shopping at Roxy's. read more

An adorable market stocked with organic and healthy goods, as well as a yummy deli and adjacent cafe. It's small but mighty boasting everything local and Colorado made. The staff is super helpful and polite, but what I liked best was how cozy the space is. Not like most daunting, over-sized markets - this one is smaller aisles with produces effortlessly squeezed into every nook and cranny displayed as if you are in a European market. They really should have some normal prices for locals not just for airline tourists nearby. The cost of butter is $8.00 probably more with tax. it's really hard shopping here, because every item is almost $15 a piece, I know my rich friends would ditch butter here and drive to city market LOL, so I'm not sure why certain things are so inflated. read more

Yes, this Market is a bit pricey, but they carry a lot of hard-to-find items and are very convenient. I have found the staff to be particularly helpful in all ways and very friendly! BEST COOKIES IN THE VALLEY! I almost don't want everyone to know how great this grocery store and deli is but it is truly the best and actually quite addicting! I have made this my only grocery store place in the Aspen area because of the great products they sell there. Roxy's has incredible local items from all over Colorado and you can tell that they really care about each of the products they sell, just ask their friendly staff, they are always there to help!. I am in there several times a day whether it be for groceries for the family, a quick salad or wrap from the deli, or the to die for cookies, I am admitting I am addicted to a grocery store! They have homemade pies too that are my go to for holiday gatherings. I have come to love this store so much, that I even know all of the staff members names and they know ours. Great source for family grocery shopping for the snowmass area. We had attempted to shop in snowmass where we were vacationing and the store that has been there in the past was gone. A friendly local said we had to try Roxie's. Was not disappointed and found everything on our list. Drive there was minimal. read more
