She actually gave me a dirty look as I entered the store with my return. On top of that, she refused to give me a receipt for my return, so I'm still unsure the transaction really went through. If a customer is in your store, the customer should always take precedent over a phone call, return or purchasing. Really poor service and very rude. They do seem to be running around a lot and may be a bit understaffed but are able to manage it well. They definitely work as a team at the store. I've been in multiple times so I've seen it happen each time. After going through the fit process, finding my shoes, and leaving and being so satisfied, I brought my husband back for the same process and he was also very impressed. Some of the stuff that they did not have in stock, they were able to order it and it gets to my house within two days so I have no complaints.
