We found Jerry was able to install a replacement toilet the next day. It wasn't an easy job. The first new toilet he brought from the supplier was found broken when the box was opened on site. He quickly arranged for and procured another toilet and stayed late to finish the installation. Jerry is a patient, skilled technician. A mishap with another trailer in the same load at the manufacturer caused the shipment to be postponed and the truck carried a delivery to another dealer instead. Hayden, my sales rep persuaded the delivery driver to go back to the factory and get a second load that same day so my trailer could come. It was 3:00 by the time it arrived but it was beautiful. Meanwhile the staff were very accommodating and gave me a T shirt and some free merchandise even though none of this was their fault.
