I hired Biggs Moving in Brownsburg to move only the large and heavy furniture I could not move…read moremyself (couches/beds). The guys were very friendly, but when they finished all of our beds were missing screws and bolts. I found several pieces of hardware dropped on the ground as they were bringing in the parts of the bed and had to take them to the crew hoping they would be placed in the proper location of the appropriate bed. The screws and bolts were transported from one house to the other in the outside pocket of a backpack. They were not stored in a secure place to ensure that they were all accounted for. I contacted Marie and she claimed they would have the guys come back to fix the bed. I provided pictures and videos of the missing screws on each bed as well as the manual showing the appropriate hardware. After three days of the company promising to fix the issue, a bag from Lowes containing $4 of 1/4 flat speed nuts was dropped off on our porch. These are not compatible with any of our beds and do not resolve the issues in any way. When I informed Marie of this, they blamed me for the issue. I was told that the crew claimed the screws were missing before the move, which is absolutely not true. There are no longer enough screws left to hold my kid's bunkbed together. Instead of taking responsibility and making it right, I was offered $10-$15 dollars for my troubles, after being charged an extra 2 hours for the time they spent on the beds. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I hired them to move everything. I would highly recommend you do not hire this company.

Called about a month out to set up times and his crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They laid down moving rugs on the hallways and major traffic areas and also wrapped up our furniture very nicely. Hands down, this has been the BEST moving experience of my life. From scheduling the move, to the courtesy of the team, their efficiency...5 stars! The gentleman who scheduled my move over the phone was attentive, knowledgeable and provided costs to me upfront. There was no confusion on what we would be paying and they had plenty availability for the day that we wanted. The morning of our move, the gentlemen called me 30 minutes before arriving and guess what? They arrived EXACTLY at their start time! They promptly got to work, asking us during a quick walkthrough what things we needed packed up (apartment move to a house). They were friendly, laughing and talking to us, and very swift. They packed up our apartment and attached garage in a few hours and set off to our storage unit to pack the rest. YES - they stopped at our storage in the middle of the move to get the rest of our belongings! On the way to our new home, a 3rd mover from their team called me to inquire if I wanted to have a 3rd person to keep making the move go faster (as a member of the first team's shift had ended). I said yes, and the new team member showed up with the original team and kept going. I can't stress how polite these young men were! They gave us recommendations and asked our preferences all day! The biggest thing of all was that they moved a 400 lb safe up to the top floor of my house with not a scratch to any floor or wall!!! I was blown away. These young men were so considerate that they changed their shoe covers EVERY TIME they walked onto our new flooring and carpet! The only reason for 4 stars is that they came with a truck that didn't have a liftgate while I communicated in advanced that an upright piano would need to be moved. It's not safe to move a piano by hand and roll it into the truck (for movers and the piano), so I'd have preferred if they used a liftgate instead.
