I find her to be knowledgeable, caring and a no-nonsense type doctor who is professional, yet personable; efficient, thorough and direct; which is the type of doctor I seek out. She tells it like it is and has always been spot on for my issues. I am impressed with her recall of my past issues without looking up my chart. She does not push products or procedures like I have experienced with other dermatologists. She has always been on time and I do not feel rushed when she sees me. I moved to Arizona four years ago and continue seeing Dr. Caudill in Michigan because of the trust and confidence that I have in her examinations, diagnosis and treatments. She consistently explains things in a way that I understand. Her staff is equally as professional and caring. They work with me to accommodate my schedule when I fly in from AZ. Just last year I had to be in MI for two days on short notice and took a chance calling the office to see if Dr Caudill could see me. They squeezed me in at the end of the day due to my circumstances. I also recall one time when I was late for an appointment due to not allowing enough time for the snowy road conditions and they were so understanding, and I was still able to see the doctor. I forgot to add - one of my happiest visits! Last year I talked to Dr. Caudill about a huge age spot on the lower side of my face (near chin) that was bothering me because it kept getting larger and itched! After less than 10 minutes in the office she just kept saying don't pop anything don't irritate anything but she never touched me other than to remove 1 tiny skin tag. She made me feel so ugly & disgusting. As I went to pay my $20 co-Pay the desk girl said it's $85 I'm like what for ? She said insurance doesn't cover it! Today I get a bill from trinity health saying they billed my insurance and I owe them money.. then I spoke with BCBS & they informed me that after speaking to Caudill dermatology that they never should have charged me and I have a $60plus dollar credit, and that most drs take your co- pay and bill you for what insurance doesn't cover . I wonder if I hadn't called trinity, BCBS if Caudill dermatology would have let me know that I had a refund coming back or were they just not going to say anything if BCBS hadn't called them? Hmm ? So I hated the way they made me feel, the girls in the office are like perfect little stepford children. Robotic and unfeeling. I went to this center for liposonix treatment for back fat. I'm still waiting to spend more of my money and for them to "call me back" two months later. The front desk even said they would work with me on the payments for the procedure and did nothing even after saying they would do whatever it took. I waited nearly an hour for the doctor to come in and could hear him talking and laughing outside the door. After looking at my back once, Dr. Buatti told the assistant to prescribe different medications I said didn't work for me. He continued talking over me, glaring, and in the end prescribing things I again, told him did not work. But worst of all, their sign in questions had no where for me to tell them I am transgender, and I believe I was targeted for this. I put female on the intake form because I'd be asking them to look. Both the assistant and Dr. Buatti seemed amused and condescending when they asked why I put that. When we talked about my HPV, after the assistant told me I could leave my underwear on, he stayed in the room watching me when he told me to take them off. This was extremely uncomfortable and I had to ask for privacy. When they came back in, he used the cryo gun across the entire surface of my privates. It was not targeted to actual lesions, it was freezing the entire area. I was in a significant amount of pain for a week and later saw burn marks. I left humiliated and disgusted. No further treatment was offered. Extremely unprofessional and I have warned against this place to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

They gave me a steroid shot, put me on some meds and sent me on my way. When things became worse, I went to visit a second Dermatologist, who then recommended I see an Allergist. Blood tests were always normal, no allergies ever came up and it got to a point where the doctors would just tell me, "I don't know what it is. Take these meds and hopefully it'll go away on its own." After seeing 5 doctors multiple times over the course of 7 to 8 months, my mom recommended I fly back home to Michigan (I live in Texas) to see her Primary Care Provider. After hesitation and thinking to myself, "Why would I spend money to fly all the way home to see someone who will probably run the same tests?," I made the appointment and booked my flight. ONE VISIT, ONE APPOINTMENT, and I received an emailed report and phone call of the exact issue, the causes and the treatment. Nurse Practitioner Tamika Morrow was very thorough, professional and was sure to follow-up throughout my 3 month treatment plan that was given to me. Upon completing the treatment, my hives were completely gone. I hate that it took 8 months of wasted money dealing with incompetent doctors who only did surface level requirements but I'm grateful that Synergy Health & Wellness was able to get me back to good health. Great service. Great staff. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and will be flying back to Michigan annually for my regular health checkins. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
