Sydney did a great job and I left with beautiful lashes. They lasted a long time and as my natural lash shed you can easily tell whether they were sloppily applied or appropriately attached to each individual lash: these were clearly applied with skill and precision. Owner constantly pays to have negative reviews removed on here and Google. The place is beautiful. The staff is rude and inexperienced. Owner has no business in the healing business. There's a constant influx of untrained, inexperienced or uninterested workers there. When the services aren't spectacular, the customer service should be. I was also mistreated by the owner. Avoid this place.
