Stopped in for a basic pedicure because I was in the area and had a great experience. I was able to walk in on a Sunday afternoon and was seen quickly, which was a huge plus. The salon was very spacious, clean, and provided great service throughout the visit. The leg massage was unexpectedly long and relaxing compared to what I anticipated for a basic pedicure. Conveniently located in the Walmart plaza with plenty of parking available. Definitely a convenient and enjoyable spot for a quick self-care stop. read more

Alex did an amazing job on my nails! I asked for a soft, natural pink ombré, and he nailed exactly the look I was going for. Nearly $200 and I walk out of there looking like I already need a fill, on both my fingers and my toes. They do not touch your cuticles. They didn't touch my Aunt's either. My Aunt asked for a manicure and they literally only alcohol swabbed her nails and painted them. For mine, I did point things out to the nail tech during my visit and he got progressively more angry, the more I pointed things out. I immediately told him (when he glued the first nail tip, that the shape was too pointy (stiletto) and he dismissed me. Then when he had glued all ten tips, I again repeated that it was not almond or coffin (the two styles I had said I would be good with) but stiletto, and he angrily took them off me. Then he glued a new (correct) tip on, tossed a nail file at me, and asked me to show him how I wanted it. I had to ask him for clippers.! I was not filing that whole nail! I did cut it and then filed it exactly how I wanted it. He seemed p*ssed off! He is the one who asked me to do it! And I am simple. I was so confused through the entire visit. I have never had a nail appt like that before And I had a pic, a color, a shape, and a length that I was direct about, from the beginning. Simple design and nothing crazy. I will not return. I should have just left. Never again. read more

My friend and I did a girls evening and got pedicures. We just went for the basic option as we had plans afterward, but the girls offered to upgrade them and have 20% off which was a nice gesture. When we first walked in it smelled lovely and I noticed they had snacks and drinks available for clients. The overall vibe was clean and everyone was friendly. They had the pedicure chairs waiting for us and put us together as we requested online. Both girls who worked with us were patient while we decided on color, and helped us make decisions if we needed. The massage portion was by far my favorite part. I told her I'm very ticklish under my toes and she respected that and avoided rubbing there. My girl paid close attention to my dry skin around my nails and clipped it all off without cutting me (I can't even do that!), so my nails looked AWESOME! I will definitely be back! read more

I think it's a reasonably priced nail salon but with my "gel" manicure lasting less than a week it is very disappointing to have paid for this service no matter how reasonably priced it is. Multiple nails have peeled straight off and it's been literally 5 days since I've gotten my gel manicure. I've gone back a few times because I do love the nail technicians but this has happened the past 2 other times I've done my nails here - this quality of nail polish / manicure is not acceptable as a service that is being offered to paying customers who are expecting at least 1-2 weeks of having a quality nail job read more

I got my nails done here and the work was so sloppy that three tips broke off within a week. I ended up going elsewhere and getting a whole new set because the work was so bad. The nail tech who removed the work done by Poshe stated that the tips were way too thin and not at all durable. Oh and the owner tried to tell me it was my fault multiple times. Do not go here unless you want your nails done poorly, to be treated disrespectfully, and to not even get an apology. Big thumbs down. read more

So my origianl Google review was deleted, so now I'm posting on Yelp too. I came to Posh Nails on Tuesday 11/13/24 and by the end of the week my gel polish was coming off. The lady who did my nails does not speak English and totally disregarded what color I asked for. How ridiculous to be in the service industry, but not know how to communicate with clients? Why is this acceptable for the owners ? Your services are VERY EXPENSIVE for a luxury that I rarely indulge in and I felt very disrespected. read more

It was my first time getting my nails done and I just wanted regular polish, not gel. I showed the woman a picture of what color I liked and that I wanted regular polish (even though the picture was gel polish), so she helped me pick a color that matched. However, it was gel and I didn't know until it was too late, so I wish she confirmed with me before going further. Also, I don't know if they need better venting for for the chemical fumes or I just felt nauseous but I felt so sick that I threw up in the middle of the appointment. I tried to say I was going to be sick and needed a trash can, but I don't think the woman understood me. I felt so bad they had to clean up after me! The staff got me a water, some time in the fresh air, then finished up the session. Overall, I think my nails look great, I just wish the communication had been better. read more

was recommended to this place by a coworker of mine. she told me to see Lynn who has proven to do her nails beautifully! but at the time I went, Lynn wasn't available so I saw Danny. it was my first time at the salon and he did a great job but i've never been at a nail salon for that long. I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure with gel (french). I've never had a dip manicure chip before but my thumb has chipped within less than a week and a half later. my nails don't feel as strong as they usually do when i've gotten dip. i'm pretty upset. I might try to book specifically with Lynn or try another salon. read more

I've been to this nail salon twice. First by mistake second time on purpose. The first time it was a convenient drive-by location. Toni did such a good job on my nails. It would've been the best Manicure I've ever had but the nail polish was a little old and chipped around a week. I came back with my own polish and got a second fabulous manicure and pedicure. The attention to detail was great. The young lady who does my nails was fast with the cuticle clippers. I never felt a thing. Massage chairs are working. Nail art on the girl next to me looks really nice. I want to try some artwork next time They could use some new magazines in the rack. read more

I had just left another salon from an unpleasant experience and I'm so happy I came here. My nails were in rough shape from the other salon and Tee completely took care of me. I have been going here for over a year and absolutely love it. Everyone who works here is SO friendly (my favorite is Tina!) so I don't ask for anyone specific when I go. I love getting dip powder manicures here; they always last over 3 weeks! I only ever had one manicure with an issue (dip powder top coat wrinkled) and I just came back the next day and they fixed it. There can be a wait on weekends but they really do work quickly and you will not be ignored. I recall one time that Tina even stayed late because I came in later than intended. You can call ahead for an appointment of course. There are new owners now so there is a points system in place. You use your phone number and get a coupon for your birthday! There is also a coffee machine and water bottles at your disposal while you wait. They recently repainted and got all new massage/pedicure chairs too! The place is always clean and I have nothing negative to say. Love you guys! read more

Started going here a few months ago because I was in need of a new consistent salon and the reviews were pretty good. I agree this place is very clean and a nice environment but sometimes this place can be a bit weird. There's always teen boys walking around, sleeping in the chairs and they do nails as well. I got my nails done a couple times by them and they are so rushed and don't listen to what you request and they ALWAYS come out uneven. I looked at the reviews and kinda got an idea for the best nail tech and it was Lynn. So I scheduled an appointment with her, and my nails came out way better! I did have to wait a little longer than expected because she was still finishing up her last one, but right after she got me in the chair and got started! She did great and she was very talkative which is a plus. She was kinda running around and doing other peoples nails at the same time but she only took about a half hour to do my dip nails. I highly recommend Lynn!! read more

When I came to this salon I was so excited to try a nail place. When I walked in the door,I was ignored as if I wasn't even standing there for service. After a couple minutes past the lady at the front desk hesitantly and condescendingly asked me "Can I help you?" In such a way to make you feel like you don't belong in this shop. I was so shocked at how paying customers are treated when walking in their place of business. I sadly walked right out of the door due to her demeaning and depreciative attitude. After I left I called the store and asked to speak to a manager to discuss my frustration, I spoke to Linda and she didn't even seem to acknowledge my concern , which leads me to believe that this business does not operate on a customer-based rapport. This establishment does not value customers business and I recommend going else where. Save your coins!!!!! read more

I have been to this salon before and it has really gone down. It needs a remodel. I was there for a pedicure and was set up with a young boy would spoke NO ENGLISH. He proceeded to put my feet in scalding hot water, then he cut my first foot too short and cut the sides out of my big toe. I asked him to stop and I would just leave. Another girl came over and cut my other foot, no one apologized, no one offered me a gift card to come back. NOTHING!! As I headed out the door, one girl said, sorry about that. Terrible service, awful experience, never going back!! Thanks to whomever is the manager. read more

This place was recommended by family. Unfortunately I will not be returning they over book make you wait longer than what they say even if you have an appointment. The first time I got a pedicure the owner was running back-and-forth as she was my pedicure. I said it's OK it's kind of normal but the second time I getting the service I need I walked out told them they shouldn't be over Book and it's rude that I've been waiting over 30 minutes and I got there early(10-15 minutes) Everyone who had an appointment showed up late I don't think that's fair. read more

My sister and I came in last minute, New Year's Eve day. The staff took us in very quickly. We both got gel manicures. They were very gentle, no cuts. Shaped nails how we asked. Very friendly staff. I have been going here for several months now!Every experience has been amazing! They get you in and out quickly if needed, super clean environment, and the best selection of colors! I see Lilly she's awesome! She always takes her time to make sure it's perfect and I love it, and she can handle any nail request or shape I ask! I am not pleased. - Nearly ripped off my nails while removing my shellac. - I had to file/ shape my own nails. - Was arrogant and refused to completely remove my old shellac even though I told him multiple times that he needed to finish removing all of the old shellac before repainting. He insisted that he knows what he's doing and ignored my request. Result: Now some of my nails are bumpy and look rediculous. I don't think I would even be willing to go back to have them fix it if they offered. I was happy he finished without ripping off any other nails. To add insult to injury, while making payment one of the other employees noticed my bumpy nails and even pointed it out! Disappointed and annoyed. read more

She even gave me a free sample of a moisturizer to take home to test out. I got the cryotherapy facial for $79. The massage was great and overall I feel it improved my skin. It brightened and moisturized it. I have pretty sensitive skin, yet I didn't break out at all. I recommend this place to anyone considering. 10/10. I will be back!
