She is an older/senior woman working a 9-5 so I get her frustration but there is no need to take it out on customers. its like she is mad at the world because she has to work but her life choices should not have to affect the customer. If I can offer her one piece of advice, it would be to treat each customer with the same amount of respect regardless of ethnicity. In my short tenure at AG I noticed the favoritism she extended to certain groups over others and It was truly dissapointing. While you were enthusiastic and thorough with groups you aligned with, you were short and rude with others who would be classified as the minority. I hope this is something you can change as it will serve you well in your career in customer service.

I've been a loyal customer of RESS Signs in Laguna Hills for many years. However, ever since Jim…read moreleft the business, the quality of customer service has sharply declined. The current team is unresponsive -- they rarely answer phone calls, and voicemails are never returned. I emailed them our design files and requested a callback. After a full week without any response, I began to assume the business had shut down. I ended up driving there in person, only to find they were still open but short-staffed. I placed my order with someone in the back office, who took down my credit card information and filled out the order form. Three days later, I received an email saying my payment didn't go through. So I had to go back again, only to discover that the staff member had written down one of the credit card digits incorrectly. I provided the correct number and was told the signs would be ready in 7-8 business days. After two weeks with no updates, I called again and left another message -- and again, no response. I stopped by their store, and the employee at the front desk told me they had no record of a correct credit card for payment and my signs were not made. Frustrated, I asked to speak with the manager. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any assistance, he simply said he'd be happy to cancel my order and that I could go elsewhere -- without even an apology. If you're considering using RESS Signs, I strongly suggest you think twice. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is simply unacceptable.
