Everything was delivered on time as expected and I was able to add on two heat lamps the day before the delivery and they were very accommodating. BEWARE!!!- The wooden tables came with chunks of wood missing. Unfortunately, we experienced splinters during set up and so did a guest from our grandsons 1st birthday party. The chairs were terribly dirty with no time to clean them. Some chairs had the back of them broken. I have rented equipment in the past and even referred people however this was unacceptable. We rented the tables/chairs for our grandsons 1st bday and had a family friend pick them up while we were traveling to California. We ran into an unexpected issue with returning them on Monday. I sent TWO emails ( have proof) one email on Sat night and one on Sunday explaining that our friend was called up north for a business project. In the email, I said we would happily pay a pick up fee ( which is normally 80.00 for drop off AND pick up) When I called Monday to check in to confirm, Karla said the fee is now 120.00 and she only saw one email. ( again, I have proof of two.) She mentioned the cost of diesel from Rancho Cucamonga to La Verne is 120.00 . I understand business ethics but to charge me 270.00 for broken/damaged equipment and pick up fee is poor business and honestly many reviews from others confirm. *see attached photos read more

Guys that load were great, great attitude. However. When you place an order triple check everything. They don't work with you. My daughter got in an accident. They don't care. One more day rental charge or drop off or else!! On a Monday!! More so they speak Spanish in front of you if you ask to speak English. They speak English when they take your money but not to find out who messes up an order. I get they got a business to run but own up to the mistake. I have two other parties coming up. Time to find another company. If you have a problem with the order they pick and yow know about it make sure to stop setting up in the middle of setting up to tell them there's a problem so you your party looks like crap. Have rented a couple times and the customer service and attitude are extremely unprofessional. Products or in terrible condition, when on location I discovered the coffee maker was not only old and trashy looking but Leaked terribly as soon as I put water in it on locations. You could even see where had tried to glue the leak from before. Second time I had to pay for 3 missing knives which were no problem because it was my fault. But on that day they magically had a price increase of 50% more!! I have a catering business and will never rent anything from these people again!!f They got a 1 because I cant score lower. I had gotten a quote online and they quoted a $65 delivery charge. I called to place the order and after she took my credit card information, she informed me that the delivery charge would be $100. I asked why and she stated that they raised the fee but had not yet changed it on the website. I cancelled the order-it was very bad form to not let me know that right away. Inspect your chairs and tables when picking up. We unfortunately didn't since they offered to help us load up which we thought was nice of them, until we start setting up for our thanksgiving dinner and realize two chairs are unusable as wood is sticking out and the other is broken. It's the holiday so we don't call them (plus they're closed). When we tell them about it the next day they're not open to crediting us for the two chairs or any other positive customer service solution. They just said that we should have inspected at pick up and they will not give any credit or refund. Not even an apology. Well lesson learned. Will not rent from them again. Horrible customer service. For a Saturday party, the contract specified Friday delivery, and Monday pick up. On Friday they would only say delivery between 9 to 5. They refused to provide us with a more narrow window, so we had to stay home all day. Then they were short 3 napkins but would not bring them out. Instead we had to pick them up from their warehouse, even though it was their mistake. Then come Monday they again were supposed to pick up between 9 and 5. Never showed, never called. Again waited all day. I called Tuesday and talked to the owner who was very rude. I explained either provide me with a pick up time or I will leave your equipment on the street. It was the only way to prevent yet another wasted day. I would never use them again, and urge others to heed my warning. read more

I have rented chairs from Classe Party Rentals multiple times over the years. Always a great deal for what I need!

We hired Classe to deliver and set up an outdoor kitchen (ovens, stoves, and and several other items) for our wedding. They didn't send enough employees to set up, so they were more than 2 hours late to finish, but even worse, the stoves and ovens they sent didn't work, and the employees they sent didn't know how to fix any of the equipment. The owner then lied to our wedding planner and said they'd send another stove: we found out that there was no other stove, and instead they just stopped returning our calls and sent the driver back at the end of the night to collect the broken equipment as if nothing had happened. Our caterers (who, luckily, are incredible) ended up having to cook the food for our guests using sterno and aluminum sheet pans because Classe absolutely failed us. Have been renting from them for a while and this time will b my last. I picked stools with backing and without knowing they changed them on me. I picked those stools bcz they would look nice at my gathering, low and behold at delivery time I get these awful wooden bar stools and when I called them they tell me they don't have the nice stools anymore and without even a call to tell me they had changed them I get these awful pieces of wood that were awful. This used to be a great company to rent from with affordable prices. They have raised their delivery fee up to $50min fee even if you are right down the street. There's a 9% service charge on top of everything and the prices for rentals went up. They close early so heads up if you want to pick up your order. If you cancel you do not get your money back at all. They are rude on top of it all. I recommend trying somewhere else. This is not the great company they used to be. read more

Everything was great until they charged extra for stacking the chairs without telling us. When the people arrived to take the chairs back I asked if we needed to stack them or if they could and they said sure but left out the part where they would charge. I called to clarify the extra $100 charge on my credit and the company claimed they had photos of trash left on the tables which is the reason for the charge. Word for word they said "it is not our responsibility to clean up your party so we charged". When I asked her to email the photos she kept coming up with excuses and refused to send me the photos claiming the person with the photos wasn't available. Never working with this company again. The woman was so rude on the phone as well and wasn't trying to understand the miscommunication. Charged my card without authorization a whole 2 weeks before the event when they said it would be charged 3 days prior to event and then decided I needed to provide another card because the funds weren"t available when I already asked if they would charge the card now or upon pick up for that very reason because I only make available what is needed to prevent mishaps with my clients party funds. This is the 3rd graduation party we are hosting for our graduate from college and had such great service that we are booking our special graduation party through Classe Party Rentals in RC. My greatest fear is that the big tents, round tables and chairs, and table cloths arrive on time and in excellent condition. In the past we have had excellent service and have given our family personalized service. We are very impressed with the linens, tent, and tables. The men set up the tent, and opened up our tables. I rented equipment for an event for last Saturday; setup was timely and efficient. BUT today I've been waiting all day (it is now 5:40) for them to come get their equipment. If you cannot afford to spend a weekday at home -- all day -- do not use Classe. UPDATE: 5:45 Classe truck pulled into driveway. Sat there. I went out and asked what they were doing. The people working there proceed to rudely tell him that they don't do business with people like us! Confused and completely disturbed by husband asked what the issue was. My most recent experience with Classe Party Rentals in Rancho Cucamonga was a major disappointment. This is the second time I have rented from Classe Party Rentals and the last. I rented several tables and four-dozen chairs from Classe Party Rentals, but I made the mistake of ordering some linen to cover the table. When we opened the linen at home, a relative noticed a small cigarette burn in one of them. I didn't pay much attention to it, but when I returned the linens to Classe Party Rentals I was told I would be charged $20. This was after I had already told them about it - before they started inspecting the linen Classe Party Rentals told me that is was "impossible" that I had received the linen in that condition. I explained to Classe Party Rentals that I had seen it with my own eyes when the plastic was taken off. They asked me why I did not call or tell them when I had to (mid-party) return a defective coffee pot. At this point the conversation with Classe Party Rentals was still civil and I explained that the burn was so minor that I didn't think about it. Just imagine you are throwing a party and your rented coffee maker from Classe Party Rentals doesn't work. You're in the middle of things and you have to run over and quickly return it, so your guests can have coffee. Would you think to about mentioning a minor cigarette burn when you've got caffeine-starved guests? Well, things went from bad to worse at Classe Party Rentals. Several employees were trotted out to the dock area to explain to me how it was impossible for them to have given me linen with a cigarette burn. I told Classe Party Rentals that I understood that, but I had seen it with MY OWN EYES when it came out of the plastic. At this point, I found myself amazed that Classe Party Rentals wasn't just erring on the side of the customer. I told them, I am CERTAINLY not going to lie over a $20 replacement fee, but I certainly wasn't going to be called a liar. I further explained to Classe Party Rentals that the tables were in my house and there was no smoking or candles on the table - but that was beside the point because I had seen the burn with the plastic was taken off the linens. I'm very easy going, but after arguing with four people at Classe Party Rentals, I went to the main office where I was essentially called a liar. The managers at Classe Party Rentals also told me I had "only" rented from them twice...when I told them they wouldn't be getting my business again!!!! I am a professional and very honest and am amazed that Classe Party Rentals would essentially call a customer a "liar" over $20. I have never written a review like this online, but I have a feeling that if Classe Party Rentals treated me this way, there are probably many more dissatisfied customers out there, courtesy of the folks at Classe Party Rentals in Rancho Cucamonga. There are plenty of other party rental places out there and based on my experience with Classe Party Rentals, I hope you will look elsewhere for your party rental needs. It seemed like there were new people behind the front desk, so possibly these are new owners. Hopefully Classe Party Rentals will learn that this is not to treat customers in Rancho Cucamonga. I rented on Saturday for a bridal shower, delivery was on Friday and was on time and quick reason they are getting 2 stars. Upon unbundling the items on Saturday morning I found we were shorted 3 knives and one of the 45 plates rented looked to have been glued together which looked bad as well as unstable so it was not used. I did try and call on Saturday to report the shortage and broken item only to get an answering machine. I did not leave a message. After the party was over we broke down the tables, chairs, umbrellas, loaded up the place settings, water goblets and champagne flutes for pick up on Monday. I called at 9am for a pick up time and was told they would be there shortly I also informed them of the broken plate that had been glued and the missing knives. I was told I was responsible because I did not call leave a message on Saturday. Well after much discussion I was not paying for missing/broken items that was their fault. I unlocked my gate to the back yard and at 3:30 pm the items were still there. I called and was told pick up was from 1-5. Well at 6:30 pm still no pickup. I called and left 2 message with no return call. So much for calling to report missing or broken to an answering machine, customer service is lacking. They should have called and asked my permission to store their items one more day and leave my gate unlocked yet one more day. I will find another company next time I need rentals. read more

They have pretty much everything we've ever needed. Excellent delivery and pick up options for everything. The people who answer the phones are not helpful and when you go to pick up/drop off your items, you end up standing around for someone to help you load/unload. I had a huge party this weekend Ive used these guys before and it seems fine they deliver and pick up at your request my problem is I ordered a Heater thinking the night would get cold we didnt use the heater and I was told by the deliver guy that if I didnt use it I would get my $70 back well when I called the response I got was not ok your a past client we would love to return your $70 but the response i got was the delivery guys dont know what can be returned and that once its delivered used or not I cant get a refund it surprises me that they dont tell you that when your making the reservations because the day before was 80 at 10pm I would have told them to keep the heater if I had known it was an option...just very disappointed and understand why they only have one star read more

Well the day of our party they never showed up and never called or returned any of our phone calls. Fb them they never got back to us. We called classe rentals and they had what we needed there on site. Not far from where our hall was. Classe Party was my place to rent from when I needed anything to rent. I used to use them several times a year. But it has been about 8 years since I last rented from them. I recently used them again this pass weekend & they were still really reliable. However they never use to charge for delivery & I needed to rent a bar which cost $50.00 for my party. But they charged me a 40.00 delivery fee which didn't make me happy but needed the bar so I was stuck. They did offer for me to pick it up but when your hosting an event you don't have time to pickup a bar! I live in Rancho & they are located in Rancho so it seemed ludicrous since I am so close to their location. Other than now charging a delivery fee they have a lot to choose from for various items you may need to rent. read more

TERRIBLE!! I have used this company for years and the last 3 times I have used them have been HORRIBLE! I rent napkins, table clothes, and an archway for a wedding. The items were suppose to be dropped between 4:00-5:00pm they showed up at 5:30. The delivery man was in a rush so he left the items on the table and left. I was missing two table clothes and 12 napkins. I had to run to target in the middle of set up to purchase my missing items. The following day when I went to drop off Ron was the rudest! He lied and said they closed at 4pm on Saturdays when everywhere on the internet shows they close at 5pm. I even called twice that day to confirm it. We have used Classe' party in the past with great satisfaction and they came through Thanksgiving and Christmas. Systematically getting the tables and chairs ready for set up. They also arrived to pick up our items on time and were again systematic and speedy. Vreddy was very easy to work with and had tons of great rental items. We got chairs for our ceremony, chiavari chairs for the reception, tables, a covered barbeque, kitchen items and an outdoor lamp for extra lighting.
