Then say I can assist the next person on the self check out. Then the lady who gets put in front of me gets the wrong color shirt and then another person comes to help her while I continue to wait.

They have a vast variety of options and definitely something for every person to enjoy! The prices vary by the sizes of the items chosen and once you choose something, you select your colors. They have a guide to show how the will look after cured since the colors don't look the same as when you are applying it. They were only out of 1 color which wasn't a big deal. You get to choose up to 5 colors but since we were a big group some shared an extra color or two with others. We had about 2 hrs to work on it and once we were done we left them. About 1 week later the organizer brought the finished products into the office. This is a fun and unique experience for those who don't mind getting a bit dirty. I've never experienced something this ridiculous at Michaels…read more I came in, picked out and PAID for balloon bouquets, only to be told it would be a 5-hour wait to inflate them because of online orders take priority. FIVE HOURS while I'm physically standing in the store. What made it worse? One employee said there were 4 online orders ahead of me, then another (who processed my refund) said 8. Which is it? 4? 8? 20? Why does that somehow equal a 5-hour wait for something that takes minutes? There was no one else waiting in-store, yet I was told online orders come first and my only option was a refund. So you'll take my money, but can't take 5 minutes to help an in-store customer? And to further elaborate, as the employee was processing my return, I asked just one more time if they really couldn't inflate my balloons while I was there and she said no that they have 8 online orders they have to do first. I ended the short conversation with "wow, okay." This is beyond poor service, it's disorganized and unacceptable. If this is your policy, it needs to be clearly communicated BEFORE customers waste their time shopping. I expect a response from management regarding this issue, because this experience was handled terribly from start to finish.
