Great customer service! Kyle ensured all lights were charged and ready for our event. He even checked in with us day after the event to make sure everything ran smooth. He has some cool waterproof lights which could be used in a pool or spa! These lights gave an extra edge to our event. Our guests LOVED the colorful lighting in our backyard! The venue I work at uses this vendor quite frequently. The owner is very kind and thorough and puts a lot of effort into his business! He also offers the lowest prices on heaters and other party/wedding supplies that I have seen. I have not heard any complaint from customers; he really puts care into his work! read more

Kyle from Nice Event Rentals is the absolute best. I was dealing with the student loss of my father-in-law and needed to plan a memorial at home very quickly. Kyle was very responsive and he offered the best price. He was also kind and caring which was so needed at this time. He came on time the day of the event (24 hours after I ordered the chairs). I think what was the most important aspect was he made sure he understood the nature of the event and he found the best spot and helped me re-arrange my existing furniture to ensure we were creating a sacred space for the memorial. He was awesome he responded right away and when my sister got to the venue to set up he had already been there and all set up. He's super flexible and helpful. I highly recommend him for any event. One of the best things about my wedding was definitely the vendors.. especially Kyle who made everything so easy and simple for me. He was super easy to contact and patient with me throughout the whole time. I got 5 heaters from him and even though it wasn't as cold as I had anticipated, he was still super helpful in getting them the right temperature that my guests wanted. He also provided beautiful colored lights that changed with the music. My sweetheart table had draping lights that It made my wedding look beautiful and got so many compliments. He also would check up on us to make sure we didn't need anything, which I think is super sweet from his part. Thanks Kyle for everything!!! You were a life saver for me. We contacted Kyle the day before our wedding to rent heaters for our reception and he went above and beyond our expectations to keep our guests warm through the entire event. He was very flexible and understanding. He arrived on time to set up the heaters and would check up every few hours to make sure the heaters were working. We rented four heaters and because one propane tank was not working, he not only brought another heater but fixed the propane tank so we wound up with 5 heaters. Somewhere in the night I look around and Kyle brought a sixth heater. So thankful to him to keep us warm. Working with Kyle was very easy. It's mostly through messaging, which prefer, and once I had decided to rent the heaters he helped me a lot with how many, and where they should go. He even had maps showing which tables would be the warmest, and which would be the coldest which helped when making the seating chart. He doesn't just do heaters and offered us other rentals. On the day of, he came early, set them up, tested them, and they were up and running at the correct time! I didn't see any of it happened but all I knew is they were working!
