I've called them, they have the parts and they've had my car 18 days and have done nothing more. My rental ran out, not without going over $175.00. I'm now without a vehicle and still waiting probably another two weeks so they tell me. I will not go thru this again. Last vehicle they worked on they said they we're waiting for clips, that's the same reason we had to wait for a family members car. If they know they need clips and insurance has paid for them, why not order them ahead of time... Their work is stellar, they have more business than they can handle, literally, either hire more people or move to a larger location. Don't do this to customers, they'll think twice before putting themselves thru this angst again.
