Our windshield on our Toyota Highlander had recently cracked and as fate would have it our neighbor was having a window regulator replaced by classic auto glass. After speaking with Benny he said he would come over when he was done. Not 20 minutes later he was at our door and he showed us where a rock had hit the windshield causing the crack. He explained our options and we decided to go with OEM windshield replacement since we have collision avoidance and rain sensing wipers, sure it was a few dollars more but after researching You want OEM and let me tell you, you cannot beat his price!!! Have used these guys multiple times and thought they were professional. Referred a bunch of friends to them and gave them business. After all that, the 3rd window that they fixed on my car recently unhinged itself again. When I asked if they could take a look at it again for me, they gave me the runaround and told me it's because I probably haven't used the window in a long time...even though I drive my car everyday and the two other windows that they fixed before for me are still running fine. Finally, they told me that they would check it out but would have to call me back. Of course, I never got that phone call and don't even want to bother calling them back.
