I walked right over and spoke with Noe, he was friendly and had made me pay a 20 dollar deposit beforehand and made sure that I'd come back at 3:15-3:30 to not miss my spot, also they were working on a car already. I thought cool. I have time for my doctor's appointment. Communicated where I'd be and time window when I'll be back. And showed him on Waze so show where my appointment was. I came back at 330... they weren't ready for me. My girlfriend and I had to sit outside as it was getting cold and windy. They finally told me to move my car at a about 415pm. Shortly after almost 430, an hour after my appointment. I see they finally got the strip and got my car getting prepped. I was hesitant to see the only person whose qualified to do window tint using the film and blade method and doesn't use the machine that precuts the film, I just was hoping he had enough experience to make acurate/precise cuts. Came out good until today when I saw the film cured. I see thin blade marks. I have a few scratches and 2 chips from 880 freeway. But the marks aren't even close to them. I even see the window wasn't cleaned properly and the technician went over a small pebble. I should have taken my business to a reputable shop but wanted to give this place a chance since I saw the previous person have an amazing experienceand wanted to help this shop expand with another satisfied customerso this business gets more recognition. Now I'm out $190 bucks for amateur work. This is just a out the same work Jet black tints does for $100 and took a serious Loss. He also found some mechanics to do the job for really cheap. Dealer quoted $10,000 to replace all the parts and with Hooshi's help i got it all done less than $1,800 total with labor for OEM PARTS. Hooshi explained to me that toyota get the same exact parts from china and put toyota stamp on it and sell it for 10 times more. If you want someone that really cares for you, check out American imports. I talked to the other gentleman that's behind the counter and he was super nice guy too. Highly recommend this place for most auto parts.

When a part is CAPA certified it's usually written everywhere on the packaging. After bringing the part home and comparing with the original one, it's lighter, and the metal is thinner. So yes it's not going to match OEM specs. Looks like all local garages are sourcing their parts in this store, so I would recommend to avoid getting your car repaired in nearby shop, you don't want these parts to be installed on your cars.
