I needed to have another windshield replaced recently and reached out to Jose. He was great. I really appreciate the way makes the effort to make sure the details are right. The quality of his work was really high. For this windshield, he picked up an OEM windshield from the dealership and installed it at my house. A few days later, I took it to the dealership to do the camera calibration service. This was much less expensive than having the dealership do the whole package, and the quality of the install was probably better. Plus, I liked being able to let the car sit in my driveway for 24 hours to let the adhesive cure instead of driving it back from a dealership right after install, which vibrates the adhesive and loosens it. read more

Back in 2022, rock hit my windshield while driving on the freeway, and I got a huge crack across my windshield. I called a few places and JVS Auto was the most professional by far, they were quick to respond and arrange a time to come over and fix my windshield. Since then my windshield has been good and recently someone broke a side window for a family members car and I told them to call JVS Auto and sure enough they thanked me and told me that they had a wonderful experience with JVS Auto. I would not be writing this review, but since I'm running in to this current issue with my windshield it should be addressed. JVS replaced my windshield less than a year ago, unfortunately there is another crack. Cheap glass beware! Another issue JVS glued the panels to the windshield making it hard for the current company to remove this round.......panels are not to be superglued, they should be clipped in....due to this reason. I do not recommend this service at all! read more

Very impressed with JVS. Jose was friendly, professional, prompt and had my windshield replaced within 12hrs of calling him! Additionally after finishing the job he called my attention to mice that apparently had made a home under my hood and were starting to chew up the lining of my hood, and hoses. He gave me some recommendations to deal with this before they end up chewing through wires and causing my car to malfunction. Not even my mechanic caught this issue. Good man! read more

Jose did a great job! To be honest I was sketch about him coming to my location to fix it. But after seeing his great reviews on Yelp, I was convinced. He arrived much earlier than planned and it took him under 1 hour to replace the rear driver window. My Jeep got broken into, and he fixed it the next morning. I had called Allstate and they set up an appointment with Safelite with a deductible of $250 plus tax. So I shopped around online and that's when I found Jose at JVS. A day after JVS replaced windshield on my car, I then broke the side-door window with rock from my weed eater (not on purpose) . Anyway, I called Jose early that morning and he got the glass and came over the SAME day, after his other scheduled jobs were completed , and replaced the window in the side passenger door. My Audi was broken into over the Thanksgiving weekend. I was calling around to a few shops and I finally call the shop that I take my car to and they recommended me to JVS. I called Jose around 1:00 and he said that he had the glass in stock and can meet me between 3:00 and 5:00. He arrived at 3:00 and he completed the job at 4:30.
