I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back!

The Hibiscus treatment in this service firms and lifts the skin and increases elasticity while plumping the skin for a more firm and toned appearance." I scheduled a follow up appointment for another area of the body that was much more sensitive and would probably be more painful. The day before my appointment I received a message that my original waxer was no longer with the salon and I was being rescheduled for the same time with a different person, which was fine with me. My wax appointment took place today and I came away very disappointed with the experience. I had explained to the waxing specialist that this was my first time waxing that body area and that I was very new to body waxing, and in general. I was shocked at how painful the waxing was but to make it worse the waxy specialist did a sales job on their products the entire time I was there, which made it even more stressful and completely ruined the experience for me and cured me from wanting me to go back to that location. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with me as I expressed my skin concerns & what results I was looking for in cosmetics.
