Classic Buildings is truly a 'class act'. My dad bought a 12x16 lofted barn and he has been very pleased with it. They even painted it to match his new home. We had them build two custom sheds for auto part storage at our body shop several years ago and they get constant use and are holding up nicely. I decided to expand my home on the second floor and needed to store my belongings while the project was underway. I drove all over the countryside checking out the other brands and the quality was subpar compared to Classic Buildings. I decided on a 12x20 utility shed with an extra door on the sidewall at the rear so it had to be custom made. I needed the shed fast as I had contractors scheduled to start the project upstairs. I was able to pay an expedite fee of $100 to get the shed done by Nov 20th. I got a call less than a week later and was told that the shed would be done and delivered on Nov 14th, almost a week early. That gave me more time to pack everything up and get it moved in. The building is so nice inside I'm hesitant to put my lawn equipment in it. Thank you Ken for a quality product in timely fashion and the cookies! Dear Ken We just had our 12 X 28 Garage delivered yesterday. We must tell you how pleased we are with our purchase and Classic Buildings. The quality of materials used and their application were as good or better on the delivered product as was used on the display which is what sold me on your product when we purchased. We made our purchase from Mark at the St. Charles Sales Lot, who was very helpful in explaining the product, as was Dale at the plant who walked us through the final details before construction to arranging delivery.... we had a good experience. Your Installer, Josh, is a very pleasant and efficient worker and your method of delivery and setup is state of the art. From my first contact to request information to the purchase and delivery of my building, I was constantly amazed at the service. All of the things you wished a company would do to make a customer feel good about a purchase are done as a normal part of business for Classic Buildings. The product I received was delivered and set up above and beyond my expectations. I walked through my new building with the delivery driver Hiram, and I couldnt find a single issue, the lofted cabin was built extremely well using only high quality building materials. After the sale I have been contacted by several people from Classic Buildings to make sure we were happy and that our building met our expectations. All I can say is I am amazed at the way Classic Buildings does business and would highly recommend them to anyone even remotely looking at out buildings. The shed I had was an old, dented up and rusted. It was too small and an eye sore. I talked to a co-worker and he told me about his experience with Classic Buildings. I did some research and one thing was certain, I did not want to take the time to put a shed together. I don't have the time for that so paying to have one built and dropped off was perfect for me. When I stopped by the shop Charlie was more than helpful considering I had him in the office past closing time. Charlie explained the product, the service and the price was acceptable. The company communicated with me the whole way and the shed was delivered when they said it would be delivered. Installation took less than an hour and I am more than happy. We purchased our first classic building in 2015 to house our lawn mowers and yard tools. We liked it so much we ordered one exactly the same to store the items we had in our garage and attic. Now our two car garage has enough room to park both our car and motorcycle with room to maneuver around both with no problem. The delivery driver was kind enough to place both 10 x 16 Quaker sheds so they were in alignment with each other. We asked for him to leave 9 feet between the sheds so we can install a Pergola. When we compared other manufactured sheds we had a salesman tell us our Classic Quaker shed was like buying a Lexus and theirs would be like buying a Chevy. First off I was tired of having to park my zero turn mower in our down stairs garage and having fumes come up thru the house. By not having a shed I was not able to solve this issue. After looking at a classic building lofted barn and how well it was constructed I knew that this would solve all my issues and WOW has it been amazing. I now can mow my grass and park my zero turn plus my ATV, push mover and all my other lawn care equipment in the shed. That keeps all the fumes outside where they belong. The service we received was EXCELLENT! The "Barn" is well-made and the warranties on the products to build it was far better that all the other so-called kits, and "build on the spot" kits from local building supply companies. The delivery and set-up was exceptional. The plate of fresh baked home-made cookies is a "Personal Touch" that cannot be beat. I always liked the classic style of the buildings when I drove by your lots in Jefferson City and St. Charles. When i needed a building, I called. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I chose the barn I wanted and it was delivered two weeks earlier than you had originally said. Delivery and set up was fun to watch. He remote controlled the building into place and dropped her down.
