I rent my truck on turo, so i ask the guy i need look good he recommended number #6 so I did. Full detail inside. They said will be a hour, they finished in 30 min. I check the inside was no done, i told the ladie she said ok i will do it then i said how about this she said you have to pay extra and that is no my job, i told her that is what he told me was included it and she said no my problem. So i told them don't touch my truck and i went to see if my floor mat where clean, was no clean and he was just putting water over after he told me ge was going to scrub it. I must say out of all the car washes this one is the best. Ive never had the detail work just the no wait one. In Florida bugs on your car are inevitable. I have them do the extra bug clean for $2. They always seem to get the gobs of bugs off of my car. When I add the wax to the wash my car comes out sparkling clean. For the money this is one of the best values you can buy. they are terrible. I paid $29.00, and had to ask them to wipe down the front seats. my car is a 2025 Mercede, and just expect them to wipe down the entire inside. No, they only wipe down the dash. you have to pay more to include wiping down the inside seats and windows. Will never go back. Rather use Blue Wave self service car wash. read more

This is by far the worst car wash I been. Definition of car wash doesn't change no matter what language. I paid 70 dollars and a 20 dollar tip thinking that it was going to be good. Well bad judgement, full hand wash and wheels and suspension that's in plain view since h truck is lifted left all dirty. Then I claimed it to manager Fausto and washed for additional money on top of what I already paid to clean it, and tire shine is not included. Slow, Expensive and not a good clean. I came here for a car wash, it wasn't busy and it still took an hour from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off. To top it off it was over $30. I had my brand new truck with less than 500 miles hand washed and paid $65 + a $20 tip for it. Upon getting home I noticed there was scratches all the way through the clear coat into the paint across the back and tailgate. I brought it back to the car wash and upon speaking with the manager he instantly refused responsibility for it, claiming it's impossible to have scratches from a hand wash. Obviously dirty hand towels were being used and to claim that it's "impossible" for a hand wash to cause scratches is either a lie, or the manager is actually that I knowledgeable about car detailing. The manager ended the conversation with a "do whatever you need to do, I'm not wasting my time." And proceeded to walk back to his office. read more

I've taken my car here several times and unfortunately it is never a clean worth $25. Once I'm told my car is ready, I'm always asking them to clean areas of the car. Simple things like the windows or the door handles. There will be dirty water marks on my seat from their shoes and my touch screen is NEVER cleaned. Today I brought my car to get washed and it happened to be a Manager by the name of Gustavo (I believe) who walked up to my car to get wash details. I told him the package that I wanted but this time asked if we can make sure it's a thorough clean bc other times I feel as if I'm being mean when asking them to clean areas again. It's uncomfortable. His response without even knowing what happened in the past (this is my first time ever seeing him) was "No, they always do good job". I explained every time I have came that I need to ask for things to be cleaned again, but it's always something different. I gave an example such as as last visit is was my screen..before I could finish he cut me off and told me they don't clean screens..!? I told him that's odd because other times my screen is cleaned. I told him there will be marks on the back of the driver seat and he told me they don't clean seats. I told him the workers actually get dirty water on the white leather seats and told him door handles will still have marks or cup holders will still have particles and he says they don't clean those! Well then what do they clean...!? I purchase the exterior and interior clean PLUS vacuum and tires... Ultimately I left and decided I'll bring my car somewhere else. I was disappointed in his reaction and immediate excuses and it just seemed more like a headache to bring my car there with expectations of a simple clean. read more

I had used them a few times in the past, but it just kept getting worse. Today I arrived at 1:10pm and there were 4 cars in front of me. The line was extremely slow. By the time they got to me to ask which wash I wanted there were 12 cars behind me. I finally got my car at 2:15pm. To top it off, they didn't vac the floor mats and the rocker panel areas on both sides of car still had dirt and streaks on them. I came to this place to have my Grand Cherokee cleaned after bringing down here from out of state. I asked to have it completely done as I had my dog in the car. I was told it would be $34.95 plus another $15.00 because they needed to wipe it al down and spend some extra time on it. Gladly, I paid and then afterwards got told it would take 90 minutes to two hours. So I waited. An hour and 45 minutes later after seeing my Jeep pulled into a parking spot for 15 minutes I asked if it was done and was told it was but the woman behind the counter didn't know where the keys were. The Manager had them in his pocket. I got the keys, happily dropped another $10 in the tip container and went to my Jeep only to find they had not even vacuumed the entire right side (cup holders had dirty napkins still stuffed in them) and the entire back of the jeep still had dog hair all over it. I complained to the manager who told me he hadn't had time to look at it (this is after he was walking around with my keys for 15 minutes. Thankfully, he pulled it back to the vacuums and in 5 minutes the entire back was clean but he clearly didn't understand why I might have been a little upset after $60. I then took off and got back to my house after my 5 minute ride. After opening my auxiliary compartment I found they hadn't vacuumed there either. In a good note, because they didn't vacuum in there they didn't find the cash that was there but I would have preferred they did a good job and took the extra money than have to have me finding out this was just another experience with a local business expecting good money for lousy service. I used to love this place and have been a faithful (I mean I've never gone anywhere else) customer for years. I need a synthetic oil change, so it's about $68-73 for the oil change which I have no problem with. But, I also need my interior and exterior car washed and the upgrade I choose costs about $8. Again, I don't mind paying. But the last three times I have had my car done, I could have done a better job and probably will from now on. I literally drove it home and had to grab my supplies and go out and spend 20 mins cleaning it, which isn't fair. I had spilled a bit of coffee in the cup holder and it wasn't touched, my steering wheel, not cleaned. It was actually noticeably NOT cleaned. I'm going to have to find another car wash that wants a faithful customer. read more

Pretty good car wash. Tried several in this area and this is the best. Use them on a regular basis. Very conscientious about putting items lost in your car, under seats, etc., in your trunk. Witnessed an unfortunate experience today when a fat, loudmouth, flop flop wearing man came in after me and wanted his car washed immediately. Obviously a snow bird type with a heavy New York/ New Jersey accent. The staff handled it well in spite of his vulgarity and abuse and refunded him. Another pseudo big shot in a tiny Mercedes. The car wash at Classic was the usual professional treatment that left our SUV sparkling in the morning sun light. You get value for your money here and a great car wash. When we entered the vehicle, after the wash, we found another surprise. One of the workers had found a Twenty dollar bill, that must have fallen out of a pocket or purse. They didn't make a big deal out of it, just left it in the driver's well.Where do you find integrity and modesty like this? We complemented the manager on the staff's honesty and offered to split the find.We were still going to be $10 better off. The responsible worker was summoned. The car wash's policy is to share the wealth. The $10 reward went to that honest person. Bless them for their honesty and integrity. I travel back and forth across Alligator Alley quite often and I get those insects stuck to my car. It had been a couple weeks since I'd washed my car. I had recently moved to the west coast of Florida and didn't know which car wash to take it to. I drive by this car wash quite often so I decided to check them out. They did an excellent job on the outside. They removed all the insects and my car was spotless. I can't comment on their interior cleaning because I still have a lot of stuff in my car from moving. No more! I've been using this car wash once a week for a long while, and am so tired of the constant hard upsell. When you pull up the tall guy runs over and tells you how bad your tires are, you need undercarriage wash, add this, add that. The full service is fine, stop up selling me! Today was the last straw, when I again rejected the upsell I was told $3.00 extra for bugs. It's Florida man, that's why I go to a car wash every week, to clean the car! I left and went to Bubbles on 41 in Bonita. Full service is less expensive, no upselling, and no upcharge for bugs. They do a great job cleaning your car and offer some free wonder wafers after to keep the car smelling great. The reason for 3 stars is the ridiculous upsell that takes place EVERY time you go there. While rushing, they always try to get you to do something and anything extra; without voluntarily disclosing the additional cost. It just comes across as very scammy. When I pull into this car wash, I get the same anxiety as I do when dealing with timeshare salesmen. While the car gets clean, I don't really think it's worth the hassle. There are too many other car washes in the area that I can go to without having to deal with the sales pitch. read more

A little over priced for what you get. They charge an extra $4 for having a crew cab truck. Seems to have gone down in quality over the past couple of years. Worst part is this is the slowest car wash EVER! Be prepared to sit and wait for an hour even with only a couple people here. I had to basically stop coming because of the wait. I get my truck washed at least once a week and I now drive a little farther to Bonita Bubbles on US 41. They are less expensive, do a superior cleaning job and best of all they are fast! read more

I used to love getting my oil changed here, but not since the change in management. The last time I went for an oil change/car wash I got home and noticed that the hood and grill hadn't even been cleaned! I went back later the same day with my receipt to complain to the manager, and he literally laughed in my face. Luckily I wasn't as unfortunate as another lady getting her car done at the same time as mine! Her back windshield wiper was ripped off when the employees were drying the car, and the manager had a very similar response to her. Needless to say: I won't be returning there and it seems that I'm not alone in that. read more

don't ever go here to get your oil changed...they stripped my oil pan and I had oil leaking continuously...there oil guy put the drain plug on incorrectly thus stripping the oil pan and allowing oil to leak....went to my mechanic and he said they tried to put silicone around the plug but it did not work..when I called the owner he refused to take blame and said that there is no way they could of done it. I took pictures and had my receipt and he still refused to believe it..and I have proof that they were the last people to change my oil. Scott in Estero read more

While the car came out very clean, the price was outrageous and I waited for nearly 50 minutes. There were at least 25 cars at the wash and at $20 or more per car they could sure afford to hire some additional help to move the cars through a little quicker. I have been coming here for 7 years and they do the most amazing job inside and out! I have a dog that leaves sooo much dog hair everywhere. They got 99.9% of the hair out every time and my CRV looks, feels and smells brand new again!! Great crew! I won't go anywhere else!! read more

I come to this place at least three times a month. I usually opt for the #3 Porsche level wash and about once a month the hand wax. I've been happy with every visit and choose the return time after time. Get a punch card that gives you a free wash after 8 visits. Very busy in season. read more

Not sure I got my money's worth. I paid $80 for the #5 and shampoo the front two seats. I watched him bring the car around, didn't wipe the door jams like I saw all the other people doing. There were spots of bird poop still on my car that I wiped off when I got home. There was still dust on my dash and in the cup holders. I asked about wiping down the doors because they hadn't been touched- told the doors were extra! Again I paid for package # 5 and didn't understand why doors would be extra when package # 4 included it and I paid more for the nicer package- I paid more than plenty to have the doors wiped down. I have mats in my car- those were cleaned nicely but they didn't lift them to vacuum the carpet underneath... overall not sure I will be coming back. read more

This used to be my favorite car was place in Lee county. Since the company changed management they changed their "frequent customer discount cards" so I spent 200 dollars getting all my punch and then they stopped taking them because they "changed the logo." I also called ahead and asked if they accept these cards anymore because a friend of mine had a problem with it, but another one didn't... I asked the cashier if they took the older cards, and she told me yes we accept those. Then when I go to pay the same girl who told me yes, said sorry we're not taking those. Then why did you say yes over the phone? This new management team doesn't care about customer service or excellence at all. They just want more money. read more

Change in management really shows to the detriment of the business, prices have been raised, and the customer experience is awful, not too mention a half cleaned car, speed and productivity are the only things that matter to the new owner, who shows little, to no respect for his team. Don't ever go here. The first I took my boyfriends car as a surprise I paid over 50 dollars for a full clean and a wax. They took over an hour and it was barely cleaned but it was busy so i figure it was because of the amount of traffic they had and I didn't say anything. We went again and they barely cleaned it yet again and it was no where near as busy and we still waited a long time. They also broke one of the door handles on the car and the "manager" argued with us and told us to leave him alone pretty much. Then claimed not to know the owner and said they can't do anything about it. Very awful service and we will be contacting the owner until the door is fixed. Ridiculous.
