I'm glad they have so many machines, and the machines vary in sizes so that you don't have to use bigger machines if you have a smaller load of laundry to do. The number of machines helped get in and out quickly. I did 6 loads of laundry in around 40 minutes. Just wish the AC was working as the 2 or 3 fans they had setup there were not doing much to keep it cool inside. You can pay with change there, or you can download the app and pay on there. I preferred that option as it was quicker and you didn't have to worry about dropping coins and chasing them. It did seem a little pricey to me, but maybe I just haven't been to a laundromat in a bit.

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. Our guests had gotten a stain on it over the holidays and had wet it to get the stain out not realizing it was too big to be washed in our home washer/dryer. Using T + D drop-off/pickup service seemed like a great idea! Unfortunately, things didn't go well. We received this text (not a phone call) letting us know they had ripped the mattress pad. "Due to normal wear & tear there was a rip that occurred to the mattress protector that we noticed after the wash. You can come pick it up but we were not able to dry it. We will refund you the $15 that was charged to your card and will offer a 25% discount on your next order." No apology! No phone call! I called and asked them to please dry it and my husband would pick it up and I would repair it. They said no, it could not be dried because there were multiple big rips and it was not fixable. Again no apology! A California King mattress pad is quite expensive and all they offer is a 25% discount on my next service for ruining it. Never using their drop-off/pickup service again. Very disappointed! :(

I had the worst dry cleaner experience in my years of frequenting dry cleaners here. After about 6…read moremonths of bringing clothes here, I decided to bring a rug from my infant son's room to have cleaned. I was told it would take about two weeks and was charged $50. When I picked the rug up it smelled strongly of mold and after having it in my car for an hour or so I brought it back to let them know. The owner was very rude and abrasive but told me he would have it cleaned again. I waited another two weeks and picked it up, this time it smelled even worse. I took it home and unrolled it in an attempt to let it air out, but it never did. Again, this was going into my infant's room and there is no way I'm putting a molded rug in there. I brought it back and was greeted with an overwhelming and aggressive rudeness that I never expected. The owner told me that he would not clean it again and that he would not refund my money, essentially telling me take it or leave it. I told him that was not good business and that I would not be coming back and then asked for a refund again. He began to yell and ramble about things like the fact that I had not been coming there for multiple years so he did not value my business, that is literally what he said verbatim. I decided to cut my losses and leave once the owner showed that he had zero interest in discussing or bending on the issue at all and was yelling at the top of his lungs while slamming his hand on the counter. There are so many dry cleaners, I would pick another and avoid this one. I was already on the fence about then, but this one put me over the edge for sure. Again, I strongly urge you to avoid this place unless you really just don't care about the quality of dry cleaning and customer service.

The worst part is that I never had any such issues with this dress or other clothes with the previous owners. While the facilities were clean enough, the machines were a little grimy with detergent residue where it is added because of the style of machines. (I still use a traditional top loading machine.). Because it's been a long time, as I said, I had no idea what to expect as far as cost. It was definitely expensive--but again, I used quarters last time, and it would take a lot to dry your towels. I used a debit card, which was a nice convenience. All in all, I would use this business again if I had the need, and would be better prepared as to what to expect.
