Unfortunately, that was not the case. This is the worst hemming job I have ever seen. One pair of my orange pants was hemmed using bright pink thread, which is clearly visible along the hem. The stitching wasn't even secured properly--it started coming loose while I was standing in the store speaking with the staff. When I brought the issue to their attention, I was told I would have to wait to speak with the manager, John, because he wasn't in the store that day. After paying $57 to have three pairs of pants hemmed, I now have to pay to have all three pairs redone correctly. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the alterations and the lack of an immediate resolution. Based on my experience I would not use them for alterations.

When I returned to pick it up, the suit was pressed--but the spot was still there, untouched. No explanation, no follow-up, just a suit that looked slightly crisper but still had the same issue I came in with. If you're looking for basic pressing, ZIPS might suffice. But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. Zips feels like a volume-driven operation, not a service-oriented one. I expected more accountability and quality control.

I am always greeted with smiles and friendly service no matter how many items I bring in. The turnaround times are always very reasonable and the prices for the quality of work is wonderful. No matter if it's my jeans, collared shirts, or my suits they always come back looking and smelling great ready to be worn. Back the next day doors locked again during opening hours. Sill not in a hurry. Came back day three was finally able to get my clothing. Next time to pick up clothing a few weeks later. Computer system was down and couldn't get clothing. Came back a second time. Gentleman working was in a surly mood, not at all friendly. They have signs up to be kind to their employees because of staffing and pandemic related issues. But the staff also needs to do the same. Picked up my clothing today. I was so happy to see the young lady of color. ( I really have no idea what is PC today ) She is always so friendly and funny and always makes me laugh even at something as mundane as a hypenated last name. I have given it a few tries in the past year and have been disappointed with the quality and service. I picked up several items and was charged more than expected and questioned why they charged me for a dress and not a shirt. The gentleman that assisted me said you'll have to call Tonya back. I said, but this is a shirt and he said I don't have any control over that? I did not have time to dispute it. I then took a queen down comforter, and I was told it would take a week to get it back,which I understand. I was text within two hours of leaving saying it was ready. I said what happened to the week out. She said oh I had time to do it today. I questioned if it was professionally done and she said OK. I will send it downtown and have it done??? I also had a five dollar coupon taken off at drop off. Tonya said when I went to pick up the item that the five dollar coupon was not honored. I rarely make reviews, but I had the worst experience ever with my wedding dress. They had not…read morecleaned it well, ripped my wedding dress, and lost my garment bag. First time I had dropped it off, it was barely cleaned at the bottom. I had them redo it, and it was cleaned better the second time and I was satisfied. It was returned with a slight rip at the top where the dress had folds, mind you I had only worn it for a few hours on my wedding day and I'm almost certain it was not brought in that way. Also I had dropped it off with a garment bag and it was lost during cleaning and not returned when pickup came the first time or second time and I was told they would look for it after the manager had called after I had requested a redo. I had gotten my dress out of state so the bag was branded with a bridal shop from my hometown, sounds silly, but it had minor sentimental value. There's no way I would've dropped off my white wedding dress without some sort of protection while bringing it in, plus I had a decorative hanger that was returned to me. There's no way I would've dropped off just my dress and hanger, but not the garment bag. Really upsetting in more than just one way.

I had a shirt and pair of pants dry cleaned there. They did a great job. The staff there was accommodating and courteous. My dry cleaning was done earlier than they promised and pick up was quick and easy. I put my clothes in on a Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday. You can get rush service if you need it sooner, but I think that it costs a bit extra. They offer drive by pickup where you pull in the garage and they will bring your dry cleaning to your car. This is a decent dry cleaning option, mostly for those people that work or will be down town. They are friendly and do a great job.
