I have been using various dry cleaners for over 60 years. Classic Cleaners is, without any doubt, the BEST I have ever used. My clothes come back sparkling clean and pressed perfectly. And most often in just one day. The gentleman who is ALWAYS there is so pleasant and courteous to work with. I always take my Shih Tzu puppy in to see him and she loves it when he pets her. This person knows how to extract money from customers and use arbitrary charges for dry cleaning the clothe. I have been using his services for last 5 year but off-lately he started demanding very high price. I gave him 7 shirts and he charged me $20 on asking what are the charges per shirt he said $2.29 ( this is high). I said please tell me the math here. He had charged me $5 for 1 shirt and $2.29. He is definitely cheating and try to unreasonably charge higher. Please double check your bill read more

I would avoid this place if you want your clothes given to other customers and burnt. We have been coming here for years but NOT anymore. First, they gave a shirt to another customer and said we lied about not receiving. Three weeks later they called us the shirt had been returned by the customer they mistakenly originally gave it to. We lied huh? Then my husband is packing for his trip and find they burned the sleeves and collar of another JW Nordstrom shirt. We take it in and the owner says we tried to get it out three times by washing it. So YOU KNEW you wrecked my shirt and didn't feel the need to point it out when we picked up and paid for the shirt. What a joke. Save your money and the investment in your clothes, as they will loose and destroy them for you! read more

Wish I could give it zero. I dropped off a rug to be dry cleaned, and it was returned with the colour run everywhere. I would have done less damage sticking it in a hot tub. It was rolled and wrapped in plastic to cover the white tassels turned pink though, so I didn't notice until I got home. I brought it back the next day, and after an argument over "this always happens, not my problem" not being an acceptable answer, the same man who had helped me on drop off and pick up agreed to do what he could. The following week on pickup, the rug was destroyed. The edges were all pulled away from the rug, the seaming all separating, it was shredded. Pics are in the gallery. I *love* these guys! In Duvall, we have three dry cleaners, yet all at least 2 of those "outsource" their dry cleaning -- meaning, you drop off your clothes, and they get sent elsewhere to be dry cleaned... which means waiting at *least* 3-4 days before your clothes are ready for pick up. Classic Cleaners has a "in by 10, ready by 4" policy, which means my husband can drop his shirts off on the way to work, and pick them up on the way home. Which is particularly fantastic since we're both a bit forgetful, and usually only remember to bring his shirts in when he NEEDS them by the next day. We've been going to Classic Cleaners for at least 10-15 years, and have never had a problem. They've always got a *full* rack of pink slips (dry cleaning orders, alphabetically sorted by customer name), and as soon as I pull into their (small) parking area, by the time I've walked through their door, they're already getting my shirts off the... ...what *is* that spinny-turny-rack thing? Does anyone know what that is called? I'd actually love to know. So anyway... of all their customers, they manage to remember (at the very least) what letter my last name starts with, just from seeing my car pull up in front of their door. Oh, and if you don't get your shirts in by 10am, you can pick them up after 4pm the next day. That's *still* faster than anywhere else I've been. Certainly enough to merit driving to Redmond, rather than just dropping our clothes off two minutes from our house. read more

This is the only dry cleaners that I will use! They are fast, professional and do a great job. Orders are tracked by phone number so it is quick and easy to drop off and the staff tends to remember their customers making pick up a breeze. We used them for many years at their old location (across the street) and actually started utilizing the current location while they had both open. The small parking lot has always been adequate - I exit on the SR-202 side when I need to turn right when leaving and exit on the Lake Sammamish Parkway side when I need to turn left. Professional. I have been going here for years, bring in my dress shirts to get cleaned and ironed. Straight forward. Does men's shirts for less than most places in the area, good value. Sam is a great consistent face behind the counter. Had other alterations done for my for the family including dresses. Would definitely recommend this place. read more

Yet another crappy cleaners on the Eastside. They ruined a $100 pair of pants I dropped off recently. If you can't manage to dry clean a pair of pants without ruining them, you don't deserve to operate as a dry cleaning business. Never mind that there is essentially no customer service from the employees here. Do yourself a favor and go to another dry cleaner. I don't know how these places stay in business. read more
