I took my favorite Hermes cashmere cream jacket to have it cleaned. I wear this jacket literally every day! It got fuzzy balls on the cuffs, stains from rubbing along my car and all the daily wear and tear. I was so worried it would not come out. This place was a miracle! I hate to say bad things about a small family business, but here's what happened: 1) My son touched my "dry clean only" blazer with greasy hands at dinner and left a small stain. 2) One reason I chose Enatai Dry Cleaners is that this Yelp page says "Drop off your clothes by 10am and it will be ready for you to pick up by 4pm same day" and they also have a big sign advertising "same day service" on their front window. But when I brought in the blazer on a Friday (well before 10am), they said it wouldn't be ready until Monday 4pm. When I asked about same day service, the lady replied that "we stopped offering that long ago". Fine, but then don't advertise it on your front window! 3) I showed the employee (owner?) the stain and told her what it was when dropping off the jacket, but she didn't seem to take any note. I picked up the jacket later without checking the stain again (my bad) and only noticed it was still there after I'd taken it to a business trip in San Francisco. The cost was $20.12. 4) As soon as I unpacked it in SF and noticed the stain, should have checked right when I picked it up, but instead only noticed the stain was still there. I called my hotel front desk (San Francisco Hyatt Regency Embarcadero) and they were able to do an ACTUAL same day dry-cleaning for only $11. But they didn't manage to remove the stain either. So maybe it was very hard or maybe it was even more set-in after the initial attempted cleaning by Enatai. 5) After returning home, I wiped on some "Shout" stain remover and washed it with a long soak in my laundry machine and that did remove the stain even though it left the jacket quite rumpled. 6) I took the jacket to Medina Cleaners and asked for a dry clean (even though it really only needed a press). It cost $17.08 and is now usable again. Given that Enatai is misleading people with the "same day service" sign on their door (and Yelp description) and that they cost the most of the 3 places I had the blazer washed (including same day service at a San Francisco luxury hotel), and that they failed to remove the stain, I think my one-star review is warranted. read more

If I could give them 0 star, I would. I went in to pick up my wedding dress yesterday (11/14/2017). First, the manager tried to quickly check me out without allowing me to see the dress. I asked him if I could take a look before I pay, just to make sure everything was good. I open the bag and see that the stitching on the front of the dress was unraveled. I took the dress out of the bag and took a closer look. Most of the stitching had come undone. Then, I look at my train and see that the train had shrunk. It was visible the tulle had shrunk because the pattern was all messed up. The entire train looked shriveled up. Like the other comments, he said other wedding dresses come out fine and that it wasn't his doing. The dress is completely ruined. I took it back to the shop I bought it from and had the seamstress take a look. The stitching design wasn't fixable. All they could do was cut the loose ends. The train was never the same. All they could do was steam it out as much as possible. Ladies, do NOT risk coming here to get any service done. **pictures will be posted shortly. read more

I agree with previous posters about them not taking responsibility about damage caused to clothing, after they tore a sleeve in my blouse months ago. I gave them another shot (my bad) given their reviews compared to others in the area. All seemed to be okay for a few months, but the last 3 times I've picked up my clothes the entire order / all items come back reeking of cigarette smoke. This is no surprise since the store itself also smelled like smoke when I picked up. I do not smoke and am not around anyone who does. I have had to air out all of my clothes after picking them up. Being new to the Seattle area I was initially very hesitant and nervous dropping off my clothes to a new dry cleaning place. However, this place quickly proved my fears wrong and as a result gained a new, loyal customer! My clothes were dry cleaned to perfection and I have no reason not to come back to them for my weekly dry cleaning needs. Great, quick service and the lady who works at the front is very nice! What I love is they have a policy if you drop off your clothes by 10am they have them done by 4pm SAME DAY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They damaged my very expensive Micheal Kors sweater and did not tell me. I discovered a slit across the front of the sweater after I picked it up and they tried to sew it up but it is damaged. I'm giving this company two stars because every other week for over a year they provided great, timely, service. But this company proves to have zero loyalty to it's long time customers. I went to get some pants altered, and they charged me $12. A week later I took a friend and they wanted to charge him $18. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way the mistake was handled is the cause for this review Anybody in my position would ask why there was a $5 difference. Not to argue, just to understand. So the next business day, I went back to the cleaners. When I began to talk to the owner about the price, she immediately began to yell at me and tell me to take my clothes elsewhere. She was racially charged towards me, and She yelled consistently for about 4 minutes, telling me that nobody else in the city could beat her prices and if I had an issue with her prices i could go elsewhere. This is all happening in front of two other customers, she then proceeded to move my clothes to the other desk, help the other customers all while completely ignoring me. Mind you, this entire time I just wanted to understand the reason for the price difference. I wasn't upset over the $5, I just wanted to understand. The lady, began to yell again and then walked into the back room and left me in the lobby. Never will I go back, and I write this to share my experiences with the company. read more

WON'T REPAIR OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT. WILL FILE COMPLAINT WITH BBB. Apparently, they don't realize the USA has robust consumer protections and some of us will not accept their complete lack of accountability. I live in Bellevue. A friend told me about the existence of Enatai Dry Cleaners. I am from Chicago where the winters are more severe than here. Therefore I own a few costly, high-quality coats due to frigid Chicago winters and winter fashion. I also keep my clothes in good condition for years. I took two coats and a few pants and shirts to this cleaners. My black wool/cashmere coat zipper stopped functioning last year. They quoted approx. $70 for the coat and said it would take a few days to have the zipper replaced, which was fine. I returned a few days later and picked up my clothes to include the coats. Unfortunately I did not think to check the zipper. A week or so later I decided to wear the coat with the zipper repair. When I slipped it on I quickly noticed they never replaced the zipper. I called them and explained the issue. A few days later I took the coat back. They examined it and confirmed the zipper was not changed. In my life I figure everyone can make a mistake so not the end of the world. Several days later I went back to pick up the coat. I was also in a hurry. They retrieved my coat and demonstrated the zipper was now functioning. I grabbed the coat, thanked them and left. A week or two later I decided to wear the coat. The zipper worked flawlessly so I was very pleased. Then I noticed something odd. I looked again and it turns out they replaced my black zipper on my black coat with a noticeably blue zipper. I called them AGAIN and explained the situation. The person on the phone asked me to bring my coat back AGAIN, which I did. A day or two later i received a call from Enatai Dry Cleaners. The person who called said they would charge me $38 to replace the zipper. I explained the history. They simply repeated $38 yes or no. Of course I said "no". Now I will have to go there AGAIN to recover my black coat with a blue zipper. Just because businesses are not held accountable in some other countries, I get sick of some businesses who think they can do whatever they want without being held accountable here. I'd like to be a fly on the wall when they receive a letter form the States Attorney General's office regarding their shady business practices. UPDATE (3/07/2017): Just filed online-complaint with BBB. Will pursue other venues as well. UPDATE: (3/09/2017): Filed complaint with Attorney General's office. The cleaners reimbursed me. read more

RUINS CLOTHES, WON'T REPAIR OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY: Be careful about all the positive reviews of this business. I have been using them about 4 years and they are very nice until you have a problem. Over the 4 years, they have smashed the buttons on countless dress shirts, ruined a Nordstrom merino wool sweater by shrinking it from adult large to infant size, and most recently ruining the zipper on a pair of dress pants. When I asked them to repair the zipper, they said I must have brought it to them that way and they would not comp the repair. We used to spend about $50 per month in this business, but they said they'd rather lose our business than take responsibility for the zipper repair. Well, you got your way, I'll be going elsewhere in the future. Hope saving that $15 on the repair was worth $600 a year in business guys! read more

I saw good reviews for the Enatai Dry Cleaners and decided to give them a try. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment for me. I brought my favorite designer (made in Italy) shirt (light blue color) to dry-clean. It was once in dry cleaning before so I was not concerned that something can go wrong with the color. When I came to pick it up, it was returned to me with the bleached spot at the upper front part of the shirt. The owner told me that it was a stain and that when they tried to cleaned it the cleaning agent bleached the fabric. She did not offer me the reimbursement for the spoiled shirt (I was not able to wear it any longer) instead she charged me for the dry cleaning service. I did not want to argue with her and payed $7. She was not even apologetic and not even concerned with the situation. I would not use them again and do not recommend it as a good dry cleaning service. read more

The owner is very kind and takes her time to get to know me and ask how I've been. I just picked up some pants that needed to be altered and they turned out exactly the way I wanted, and with such a fast turn around! I've been here since last year and it's my favorite cleaner. Since they do all cleaning processes in store, most of things can be ready in just one day! The best thing I like about this cleaner is that they always check my clothes very carefully, and if there's still any stain on my garment, they will try to clean it again.
