I never really went to get anything dry cleaned before, but a friend recommended me to give it a try. This place was the closest dry cleaners to my house so I took 3 of my blazers and 3 dress shirts here for the first time. The young man named Dylan or Daniel (I had forgot his name) helped me out a lot through the process. He explained to me how the whole process works as I was a first timer, and told me it would only take a few minutes and recommended me to grab a bite at the teriyaki joint next door while I wait. I came back in about 20-30 minutes and everything was all done and ready to go. I was amazed by how my blazers and dress shirts turned out, and amazed at the speed and work from these nice people. Another man came out from the back (perhaps the owner) and welcomed me. He chatted with me for a little while and told me to come back sometime, which i'll definitely do. Overall, awesome experience. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS PLACE. I had a beautiful antique blanket from the 1800's that I had recently acquired here. I went to pick it up and they couldn't find it(?!) They said "oh it didn't have a tag so we brought it to another shop" which did not make sense but with the language barrier I could not get a substantiated statement from them. The owner called someone and said "hey that blanket I gave you I need to come get it". At this point I was convinced he sold it because these blankets go for up to $400 online. They just kept telling me to come back. Came back a second time and still didn't have it. Came back a third time and still didn't have it. This place is garbage with no integrity. Stay away from this business! Don't be like us who just had 2 suit jackets completely ruined by this dry cleaners. I picked up my clothing, brought it home and was shocked to see that both of my jackets had holes and rips in them! I brought the suit jackets back to only be told that there's no way they did this damage and the damage is from moths! Why would I bring 2 moth damaged suits to a dry cleaners and pay $70? Strangely somehow the suit pants and dress shirts had no "moth" damage at all. They completely denied the damage, no offer for a refund, no accountability and no resolution. This place used to be great. But since the end of 2019 there's new people working there and I've never seen worse quality. My shirts come back not cleaned and overcooked so that seams are burnt in frayed. I would avoid this place unless you don't like your shirts. read more

Keep your designer items away from here!!! After reading reviews I knew I was taking a risk dropping off my DVF wrap dress, but decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, my gamble did not pay off. My dress is ruined. I'm not sure what they did, but my dress was nearly brand-new (only worn two times) and they somehow made the jersey look worn (it now is piling). They also obviously applied too much heat to the material and it has left shiny press marks everywhere. I'm super bummed that this almost brand-new DVF dress is ruined! I will not bother complaining to the owner as what's the point? This dress cannot be fixed, and based on other people's customer service issues, I'm guessing she's not going to give me back the amount I paid for this. I brought a shirt in to remove some stains from body lotion which was oil based. I have to admit I didn't get the friendliest reception when I dropped this off. He marked the stains with tape and sent me on my way. Lol. When I picked this up I was thrilled that my shirt was now free of stains. Would give zero stars if I could. Brought in a thousand dollars worth of new clothes along with some pieces that are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. This was our first visit and I arrived to pick up the clothes without the claim ticket. The owner asked for the name and rooted around without finding them. Then asked for the phone number - couldn't find them that way either. Insisted we've already picked them up (which we hadn't). Then he started getting irate, telling me I had to have the ticket because they don't enter customer information into the computer until the second visit. Why? I have no clue. The more I pushed, the more things escalated into nearly a shouting match. They were rude from the very beginning and things only got worse. The worst cleaners in the area! It is actually a ZERO! First, They lost several of my expensive dress shirts. Then he put starch in the new replacement shirts I bought. Finally, when we opened our bedspread they had stripped out portions of the design and it was dirty. When I confronted the owner, he argued that he wasn't at fault. He hardly speaks any English and he has no customer service understanding, at all! Dump this guy, so he leaves and finds work where he doesn't need to talk to anyone. read more

This place is amazing! I was very suprised on how fast, and how clean my dress shirt became. I am a waiter and I accidentally spilled a bowl of soup all over my white dress shirt and I tried multiple ways of getting the stain out. I decided to bring my dress shirt to this place because it's literally five minutes from my house and the ratings on yelp were high. They had the dress shirt done in 20 minutes even though they were having a busy day! I was very surprised, my shirt looks BRAND NEW! Another time I brought my dads blazer for an interview I had to attend and they cleaned it in less than 30 minutes! This business is a family business, every time I've been here, the workers gave me AMAZING customer service. The young gentleman, the older gentlemen and I believe the wife of the older gentlemen gave me great customer service. Horrible, Horrible service. My wife and I both work in retail and spend at least $200 a month on dry cleaning. Took some shirts in recently and when I picked them up, I noticed one had three holes in the left sleeve. Three. All exactly the same size and not there when I dropped it off. $145 Faconnable shirt ruined. I asked what happened and the owner explained to me that it was my fault. She explained that I had ruined the shirt myself but just did not realize it because the holes were on the "back of the sleeve". Only one is actually on the back of the sleeve. All three are exactly the same size and clearly could not have happened while I was wearing the shirt without some serious pain to my arm - not being dramatic, they are not insignificant holes! My husband took a brand new, never worn Hugo Boss shirt (~$100) to be cleaned (they shrink a little the first time, and we wanted to know if any tailoring was needed after it shrinks), and they burned it during pressing--all of the seams were yellow and parts were shiny. I have used Sammamish Cleaners for ten years. When the woman was there, service was good and the clothes were washed clean. Now, the short Korean guy (husband of the woman) deals with the customers. The clothes now come out smelling oily after he washed them -- maybe switched to some cheap detergent. The clothes smell worse after the wash. I politely asked him if there was a different detergent he could use. He got so angry. I was very confused. I tried to explain to him that there are deodorizing detergents. He didn't know what that meant. I tried explaining to him. He got even angrier. I told him I was not trying to be disrespectful. He goes, "get your clothes washed elsewhere." I was like what? I have been coming here for ten years. Very disappointed. His wife is now running another business. He is singlehandedly running the store and he has fired all the workers so he gets burnt out and takes out the anger at the customer. Here I was driving out of my way to be loyal to this business as I have moved farther away. I hope the Korean guy who owns this place realizes what he is doing read more
