Guy was nice enough. I was quoted about $1,000 to paint the ROOF of my econo car. Guy said it's a…read moremulti-stage, so "About $1,0000". Nope. No way. I get that the paint is 'multi-stage' but that means my car would be about $12,000 to spray paint on a Corolla? IDOIT LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Stupid.

I told the lady who answered the phone what the truck would need and she interrupted me and said you're gonna have to bring the truck here so we can give you an estimate. I told the lady it was an older vehicle, and that I was not sure because of the damage if it was worth fixing. I told her everything that it wouldn't need and she interrupted me again and said you're going to have to bring it here - basically the secretary or the person that answers the phone didn't want to deal with me even after explaining, exactly what the truck would need, just wanting a very rough estimate, and telling her it I was not sure if it was worth fixing. She was somewhat rude and I actually even said ma'am you sound like you don't even want my business and she responded with it would be after January before we would even be able to get work done on it anyway (was late December when I called). I called them because they seem to have high reviews which I'm surprised if the people talk to this lady first.

I have used Tony several times, but WILL NOT use him again!! I took my son's car to him after a…read moreminor accident. When I dropped it off, he was talking bad about a few other people's cars that were on his lot and said that they were mad at him for whatever reason. It's not professional to talk about people to other customers whatsoever. So he had to replace two doors on my son's car. When I went to pick it up, both doors had splotches (the size of a baseball) like the paint gun clogged and shot a burst of paint out. I brought to his attention, he seemed perturbed and said he couldn't see it. I said I could see it and my son could see it immediately and you could even feel it. He then said he would sand them down and it would be ready the next day. I go to pick it up the next day, they look the same. I showed him again, he got pissed and said he would just repaint them. Then he tried to blame the paint job on the doors he had purchased. He said "you want them perfect" and "you're being too picky!" I said I do want it perfect, that's what I'm paying for... for it to look like it did before the accident. When I went back the 3rd day with my teenage son, it was better, but still not "perfect". You can clearly still see the spot in one of the doors. You can also see obvious paint tape lines and he messed up the window tint installing the old glass in the new door. Anyone that knows nothing about painting a car can look at the doors and know immediately they have been painted. Tony walked outside with an attitude and said "what's wrong with it this time?" At this point my son and I decided it obviously wasn't going to get any better and Tony had an attitude and told me "I could take my son's car and my trailer" that he had been telling me for a year and a half he would paint (never did it, kept saying call back next week, or two weeks) "and leave and don't come back!" I am an insurance agent and have sent numerous customers to Tony over the years, but that will stop as well. I told Tony I would never send him another referral and his response was "that's fine!" So if you want an "okay job with blemishes" take it to Tony, if you want it "perfect" and professional customer service, take it elsewhere!!

These guys suck! Set…read moremy wife up an appointment and she ended up there more than four hours with them making excuses about not being able to calibrate the windshield replacement then suddenly told her everything was done and working right except it isn't. Some of the features like lane departure is always on regardless of whether you put it on or turn it off. I was a Ford factory trained tech for 15 years and there was never anything I turned back to a customer without road testing to confirm everything I worked to repair was functioning properly. I still work in the repair and maintenance industry but I get it. Conscientious, caring and competent people are hard to find and keep when you consider these companies want to pay nearly the same wages they were paying 30 years or longer ago but expect to get well trained who take pride in their work and actually get paid what they are worth. It seems these days many places with whom I do business with and pay way way more than I used to for services I expect to be done expertly fall far below even my lowest expectations. This is just one more example of that which has caused me to become somewhat jaded. It's too late to apologize the damage has been done and our personal time is more valuable than an offer to make it right after the fact. Sorry. You have one chance to make a good first impression and sadly you have failed this time. I'm sure it's not the only time. And that's too bad. I gave them two stars only because it seems they didn't break anything else or scratch the car while they had it.
