I was told that my car would ready in a week. Its been a month and I still don't have it ready. They call twice a week to keep me notified about progress that hasn't changed and moves at a slow pace. Will never recommend this location to anyone. read more

They also continued to lie about the length of time it would take to fix my very small repair job on my bumper. It took them eight days to fix a two day job. then on top of that they charged me more than $200 they they first estimated which was too high to begin with. When I picked up my car they had mismatched the paint on the bumper and it didn't match the rest of the original paint Added to all this 2 months later after after a very cold night the work they did cracked at the area they were suppose to have fixed and when I took it back they lied and said they didn't even fix that side, which was the side that was damaged in the first place. My insurance company uses this body shop and rated it as one of the best in our area. The staff was professional and they were able to order and replace the wheels on my car in a timely manner. I have absolutely no problem with that. But they smashed the front of my car while parked on their lot. They did replace the light and straightened the front of the car. If you look closely you can see where they straightened the front and the paint is a shade darker than the remainder of my car. I am not at all happy with this. I feel they rushed this job after damaging the front and the results show! I will not use this shop again and if you are having your car painted I would look elsewhere unless you want a car with two different shades. read more

Had a company truck repaired here after a wreck (2016 GMC 2500). Impact from the wreck was almost entirely on the driver's side front wheel. I have air bags over the back axle (for hauling trailers) and the fittings were broken so air would not pump. I fixed these (I am a mechanic, but not a body person btw). I noticed the brake fluid was slowly leaking out over time. Upon the second top off, I inspected the brakes and found that the fitting for on the caliper was loose, allowing brake fluid to leak. For my yearly inspection, I looked under the truck. The lower control arm (without it, your wheel would fall off) has two bolts that hold it onto the frame. On one of the bolts, the nut had fallen off and the other was loose. If I would have waited too long before noticing this, I would have had a serious wreck or even death, especially if driving at a high speed on the interstate with a trailer. After having to fix this myself as well, I noticed that the "mechanic" who had replaced the lower control arm switched the front and back bolts (one is longer than the other). I was quite shaken, but cordial when I called Advanced Collision to let them know what had happened. I said I would like to let the manager know about my situation. I thought before leaving a review, I would give him a chance to at least give some sort of explanation, etc. They said he would call me back. This was over a week ago and I never received a call. Side Note: When getting the truck back from repair, I noticed they had frame work marked, but the frame was not bent. They said that since a frame guy did some work on the truck, even though he had not done any actual frame work, then they needed to mark the invoice as frame work. Obvious problem with this is that now my CarFax, etc. will have frame work repair marked on it. read more

Advanced "Repaired" my car and it broke down with the same overheating issue the next day, which caused me to get in ANOTHER accident. Instead of taking ownership or even considering they were at fault, they have disparaged my character saying I was trying to scam them. This his been an absolute nightmare of an experience. read more

I actually did a little dance when I got back in my car after the repair. The repairs were flawless and they even vacuumed the interior! They must have washed the outside because it looked brand new. Not only did they finish my car repairs earlier than anticipated, but they provided friendly text updates so I could plan my busy week accordingly. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, but the quality of their service is AWFUL! I brought a company car for an estimate and because of the insurance my company carries he all but chased me away letting me know my business isn't important to him. I will be reaching out to my company requesting another body shop. read more

My girlfriend's car got towed to this place. They have lied to us for a month about when the car would be ready. When we picked it up the car was barely drive able and they told us the insurance company had told them to repair it like that. After many calls, found it was all lies. These people are dishonest and unethical. Stay Away!!!! read more

Extended days of repair with out explaining why. Just sent a text saying it would be extended... This happened for a week and a half. Then finally once I had the car back the under body skirt started dragging. Because it wasn't on properly. When I took it into the shop. They simply replied. "Guess we forgot to put the screws in." I recently had my Wife's Subaru Forester in for repair at the shop on Gunbarrel Road due to front end damage from an accident. The work done by the body shop was excellent. They also have an online tracker to check the vehicle status and provide details on the repair. After picking up the SUV and getting it home, I noticed there was a bit of a mix up on part of the repair as to what I wanted put back on the vehicle, but as soon as I notified Curt and the shop that the incorrect parts were installed, they corrected the issue immediately. They even went as far as picking up the vehicle from our house and offered to return it just so we wouldn't have to go out of our way to get the issue resolved. Although there was a minor set back, the issue was resolved promptly (within 2 days) and the team at Advanced went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service fixing the mistake.
