Took that Friday off to have the repairs done, and get to the shop before the scheduled 8:00 time. After a few minutes, the service advisor came back to me and stated that they did not have a way to receive payment from my warranty company, so they were not able to make the repairs that they said they could make earlier that week. They said they could diagnose the issue, but that was all. No apologies for wasting my time. So now I will have to wait another week to take my Jeep to another shop on my day off, because no one can take same day work. Very disappointed with Tire Discounters.

Had to get my son in law to fix it for real! I only came to them to see if they had the tool to remove the bolts. I told them I had a free tire change elsewhere if I could get them off and NOT to dk it but they did it anyway and cost me more!! Was told I needed a major tune up. Cost was around $1200. 2 days later my check engine light was back on. Went back and had to leave my car because they couldn't figure out why. Ended up having to pay for a rental because the issue was now I needed throttle bodies and they had to be ordered. Ok and now another over $1000. Before I even got home the light was back on. Went back and was told needed a catalytic converter and another $3000. Well of course I went somewhere else and had that replaced. Then the braking system went down and replaced and then the charging system and was replaced. Then the transmission started acting up. Took it to what is now my new go to place and did a full diagnostic. When the new throttle bodies were put on, they failed to relearn the sensors to the new parts. So each system was breaking down due to this! Here I am out of thousands of dollars all because they failed to complete that simple process. So grateful for my new place and them getting my vehicle back to running how she was when I bought her! Been going through this for months, But God!

Worst auto shop I have ever dealt with. I scheduled a 1:00 p.m. appointment for a basic inspection;…read morenot a walk-in, an actual prearranged appointment. When I arrived, I was told they were finishing another vehicle and that the wait would be approximately an hour and a half. That explanation makes no sense. The entire purpose of scheduling an appointment is to avoid sitting around for hours while the shop works through other vehicles. If they had no intention of honoring the appointment time, they should not have scheduled it. I waited the full hour and a half, and still nothing happened. I then gave them an additional 30 minutes, despite already being far more patient than this situation deserved. After waiting two full hours, I went to the front desk to express my frustration and was casually told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. In other words, they expected me to wait nearly three hours for a simple inspection that had been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. This is not a minor delay. It is blatant disrespect for customers' time and a complete failure to manage appointments competently. There is no point in offering appointments if they are treated as meaningless.
