I went in for an estimate and told them exactly what I needed done and didn't want just a quick fix with self leveling putty or bondo. Customer service was horrible during this experience and they kept trying to talk me out of doing the repairs that I needed. Then to write a new estimate with the correct repairs it took an additional 30 mins and a significant up charge on the total cost. I got a second quote done somewhere else that was 2 grand less than this place. I would not recommend. read more

I apologize I interrupted your clearly busy day. "Do I require an appointment to have my vehicle damage appraised?". Of course you do, was the response. Do you want to make an appointment to have your estimate performed? No, thank you. I'll go to another body shop for appreciates that I have taken time out in my day to support their business. Do not go here. I took my van in for repair. once disassembled they said there was previous damage and told me it would be $4,000 more than insurance reimbursement or over $7K. I said "No and asked them to put my vehicle back together. They refused and justbthrew the parts they had removed in the back of the van. I had AAA tow the van out of their facility and took it to Alex Cook Auto Body Repair. Alex fixed everything beautifully and it cost me nothing!!! He accepted the insurance estimate as payment in full. And it was done in a timely fashion too. I will never go back to CC again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

CLASSIC COLLISON is definitely not trust worthy. I was told my truck was ready but when I got there my truck had a bunch of scratches on it and 2 of my headlights were cracked and when I asked the Manager Dan he told me my HEADLIGHTS ARE TRASH, His exact words. Not very good customer service. He also said he would forward the before pictures of my truck but when I asked for them 1 day later he said he said he would not send them. My insurance paid them and they lied to me saying they are waiting on confirmation that insurance was paying. Keep in mind that they had already been paid. I had to go let them know that they got paid 5 DAYS AGO. I had to show them my email. So they are untrustworthy, unprofessional and definitely would not recommend. will never go back. If I could give zero stars I would. My m3 was rear ended from a rolled stop barely going 5 mph and they charged the guy's insurance nearly $8,000 in damages after they quoted $3,000 ish. They had my car for 3 months and when I got it back the front lip was gashed and ruined along with the convertible top and gas cap not working properly. The trunk and locks do not function correctly either. I let them know I was not comfortable with the condition of the car and wanted them to fix what I pointed out. They had the car three more days and when I came to get it the top trunk and gas cap were still the same along with the convertible top...I shared my dissatisfaction. The guy told me "we've had the car for 3 months, insurance wanted to total it 3x and it's the best we can get it! We are not spending any more time or effort on this car. We got it looking the best we can! You're lucky to have it still" I was furious and basically pushed off the property with a half ass job done. If I could go back in the past and not go here I would. My car is not the same and sits in a garage these days. They got their big fat check and renamed the company shortly after. Not suspicious at all. Don't go here, I will need to pay another body shop out of my own pocket to go over their work. read more

I brought my Chrysler 300 to classic collision for a insurance accident. My passenger fender was side swiped along with part of my bumper. When they first gave me an estimate I deliberately told them that I had modified butterfly doors along with a completely custom paint job, they told me that would be no problem and estimated me at $2,000 of damage and told me they would have the car for 2 weeks tops. A few days later they tell me the damage went up to $4,000, then called 2 weeks later ( when the car was supposed to be picked up ) that they cannot work on my car because of the modifications. ( That I told them about funny how that works ) My car sat UNTOUCHED for 2 WEEKS at their shop, and told me I had to come pick it up by the next day or I'd be charged 100 a day. Not only could I not drive my car due to insurance canceling the claim if it's not at a shop getting fixed I also had to pay out of pocket for a rental for an extra 2 weeks rushing to find a shop to help me. I went to chicos auto body and they got me done within 3 days no problem. I would NEVER recommend CC ! read more

I had a freak occurrence that bent the hinge on the driver's side door, and it wouldn't close. While waiting for a technician to look at it, the adjustor wrote up an estimate. As is standard with body work, the estimate was very high due to all the potential replacement parts and re-painting. The technician brought out a nifty lever tool and moved the door back into position and it now works perfectly. They charged me nothing, and now they have a guaranteed customer should I ever need any actual body work. Thanks, Classic Collision! read more

I made the mistake of taking my Chevy Tahoe LTZ into this place to have some paint damage fixed, after taking it through a car wash (on Stevens near Biddle). They were supposed give me up-dates every Tue. & Thur., that only occurred once during the "2 1/2 months" they had it! They caused more damage to my bumper & broke my camera lens. They claim they stopped working on it after a communication w/ my insurance Co. that they never informed me of. (once I learned this from my ins co. I called them to tell them to proceed & finish it). Keeping my vehicle way past the amount of time that my insurance policy allowed for my rental (while mine was being fixed)... $600 more than what my insurance covered (even though it was their mistakes that caused the extra time in the rental/ junker. When I finally got it back there is now "BLACK GREAY FINGER PRINTS" all over my light colored head liner!!! The gas tank was full when I took it in & was down by over 1/2 a tank! It has been raining a lot since I finally got my vehicle back & I'm afraid to see the paint once it stops raining. The contact guy (Cory) that I started calling regularly (after 2months & no up dates) stopped making excuses after all this time it took, even he said he couldn't even make anymore explanations or excuses & just started agreeing w/ me about how ridiculous this had all become! So now I have a vehicle w/ black greasy finger prints embedded in my headliner, a bill for over $600. that I will probably be stuck with from the car rental (because they had to re-paint the bumper they scratched & lens on camera they broke that took more time w/ rental beyond my insurance coverage... the expense of 1/2 a tank of gas, & a camera that still isn't right now that they have finished w/ it! I would "NEVER" "EVER" take my vehicle back there! It is nothing like New Stage used to be. I hope no one else makes the mistake I made! This has been an expensive mistake, taking my vehicle here! And I'm not a young person that still makes dumb mistakes! The only good thing I can say is that the front counter people & my contact person were polite! And my contact person couldn't even show his face when I picked up my vehicle! I feel sorry for the ones that actually have to interact w/ the customers after they take their vehicles here! I am a person that never writes bad reviews especially about a local business, this needed to be put out there to warn others! read more
