I took my vehicle for repairs. It was nothing more than the driver door damage and fender. It took more than 30 days for repair. I picked it up after repairs and the door was not closing properly. No quality control apparently. The service person had the audacity to ask me to fill out a quality questionnaire, survey, and rate him 5stars! He fumbled the return repair day and he wasn't even there to help. This is not a customer service shop. And if you complain the manager tries to intimidate you instead of helping you. read more

Chip repair to my hood and above windshield, those repairs look good. BUT! The damage done by whoever buffed the car afterward required a complete repolish of the paint and redo of the ceramic coating. Which I had to pay for at a different shop. They drug their cords over the trunk, side mirrors and wheel well flares leaving numerous scratches. Also haloed the entire hood and left a paint burn on edge of the hood. But hey, good work on the chip repairs frickin idiots. Avoid this place at all costs. It's pretty standard in Midland to get half the quality for twice the cost but this experience was ridiculous even by midland standards. If I could give them no stars I would. We dropped my car off 2 weeks ago for a 2-3 day repair. They damaged my car worse and tried to file it on my insurance. They did finally fix the extra damage but not until several heated conversations were had. All in all, it took 3 1/2 weeks for them to fix what I was told would be 3 days. read more

Dropped car off 2/3 was told it'd be done in 2-3 days. Even after additional damage was found the agent assured us the timeline would not change the 2-3 day estimate. It snowed 2/5 & 2/6. Assuming the snow would set back timeline, my husband texted our assigned agent 2/6 (Thursday) who notified us he was no longer employed by Platinum. My husband then called Platinum (same day 2/6) and was notified that it would be ready either late Friday or Monday due to same day we dropped it off 2/3. We called Monday 2/10 and were told it was in line for paint. We called 2/11 and were told it was still in line for paint. We called 2/12 and were told it was in line for buff and they were "behind". Despite asking to be notified of updates, we had to call each day to receive them. I'm writing this review Thursday 2/13...still no update on our car. From 2-3 days to now 11 days without our vehicle. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. My husband and I are sharing his car. We have 2 car seats. I am an amputee. This has been more than an inconvenience. If I could, I would rate 0 stars. After reading other reviews, I feel like asking to speak to a manager or owner would get me nowhere. I have been to both Pat Gray and this location. They are both owned by the same guy as I come to find out. The reason for me to have come to these locations is that my insurer is Nationwide and they warrant the work done here. But I've had issues with both due to their poor workmanship. The only difference would be that my assigned agent on platinum was a little more helpful than his colleague from Pat Gray which on the other hand would refer me to his manager to answer all my questions which would then ask me to wait until he spoke to the owner. Don not bring your car to these places unless you want careless work or damages done to your vehicle that will not be acknowledged by the company. read more

Still have not been able to contact owners. Turn into the Better Business Bureau. This may have happen to someone else please speak up. Promise life time warranty, But the seal put on door coming off. Just one example. Broke in touch button for EMEGENCY calls came out of socket just hanging. Rating lower than low, they got their money and that's all that matters now . Also had some kid not insured drive my car. But refused to give me a ride home. But there was a whites female waiting at the same time. After I drove off and waited across the street the receptionist gave her a ride. I blew my horn at her to let her know that color matter to them. But my money was the same color as the white woman. Water spit hard water destroyed my paint. If anyone can help me please respond to this concern. read more

Do not trust this place. We specifically scheduled a repair when my daughter was home from working the summer out of town so that she could get the car fixed before going back to school. We showed up on the day we scheduled the drop off and they had changed the date without notifying us to the day she has to leave to go back to school. They just shrugged their shoulders and stared at us. Very disappointing. read more

They've always been professional, & always made sure the job was done right. They have gone beyond what was needed to make sure we were happy customers. Was very happy with this place. Have BMW 535i and took it in on Monday to have the bumper replaced .... the guy said it normally takes two or three days but they couldn't make any promises. It was finished Friday afternoon which was fine with me. And they did a beautiful job. The two ladies I met at the front desk were very friendly as well as the two guys I met there that did the estimate and the work. Took five days to finish but like I said, I wasn't in that big of a hurry and I'm sure they were swamped from the looks of things. They set things up with my insurance company and even let me leave the rental car with them to be returned. Didn't have to drive it back to Enterprise. Will definitely use them from here on out if I have any more damage. The only negative thing at all is that it took about a month and a half before they could get it in because they apparently are so good they are swamped. If you have the time to wait I would certainly recommend them. read more

Awesome body shop! I took my 2017 Subaru Outback in to remove 2 door dings. I met Jerry and Brett. Both very friendly. I am very hesitant with people taking care of my car because I've had bad experiences in the past. I did share my concern with Brett and he took the time to reassure me of a job well done. They did PDR (pointless dent removal) on both spots. The one side had went thru the clear coat and some of the color. I said do the best you can without the sanding/ blending into the different panels which would be very expensive and extensive. The one side there's nothing there and the one side where it deeper, you notice a little scrape. It looks great!! They cleaned and vacuumed the inside and wash and dried the outside. I'm very, very happy! I've already told family and friends of this place. Very professional! read more
