Do yourself a favor go someone else. They had my car for almost a month. They had to redo the work for a second time. They charged me 3600.00 for front bumper, windshield , hood, and headlight PPF. They were suppose to do the wheels but that was never done. The photos are from the second time they did the work. They charged me 1200 for interior cleaning and ceramic coating which you can see the photos that really wasn't done. There's dent on a pillar wasn't there before. The sensors aren't even cut out. This company is a very worst in this business. The owner is horrible. Matthew is an angry, angry person who is now gotten angry at two people because we wanted our jobs done. They didn't cut out the sensors. There's bubbles all over in the PPF they didn't do the back doors like they were supposed to this is ridiculous. I definitely would not trust Matthew or any of his people to touch my vehicle and I definitely wouldn't trust him to touch yours! The calls back-and-forth for four hours were to go over a stupid contract that you wanted me to fill out so you could continue to steal money. Nobody subdued anybody they came out and spoke to me because I wouldn't leave the premises until I knew what you were doing or not doing in this case I also won the case for the $3000 that you didn't win. look at the other reviews from this other gentleman he did the same thing to him. Never had a problem with them as people however through several months of repeated poor craftsmanship and them having to fix said mistakes I was fired as a client which is in poor taste as I was never rude to them during this whole ordeal of poor craftsmanship. They repeatedly missed major detailing standards, as in forgetting to clean interior of my vehicle, spots missed in headliner, even a wipe down of interior showed lack of detail. Granted they did refund me money, which is appreciated, as well as stated they'd warrantee some vinyl wrap, I couldn't go back to shop after being fired as a client. The wrap was peeling and bubbling within a week and I had to remove it as it completely failed within several weeks. Hannah was AWESOME to work with and made the entire process happen with great coordination. The ceramic tint and ceramic coating really sets my car off! My GT had recently been painted, so the paint was still soft. Being that it is black, everything shows on it so the team had to go super slow when putting the ceramic coat on. The tint had been on it forever and a day, so removal of it on the back window was out of the question. The team coordinated for a replacement back window instead of watching the old window flake apart and getting glass all over. The kicker is that I was leaving town in two days for a couple of weeks. Hannah called and asked if they could keep my car until I got back so that they could take their time on the ceramic coating and have it come out perfect! That was the best call during the process! I recently bought a new showroom/inventory Tesla, but it needed some cosmetic TLC. My new Model 3 came with some blemishes, from its life as a showroom vehicle in Europe, then later, (maybe) in a parking lot in Fremont with the birds? This was classified as a new vehicle, purchased with 11 miles - but admittedly had small a discount to accord for that light wear & being a 2018. My quest began, with research on ways to make this new car look and feel new. All roads led to Turismo. I (hesitantly) got in contact, not knowing what a paint correction and ceramic could do but my Google-fu is strong - I was convinced maybe parts might have even needed a respray. Soon after my email inquiry, Nick contacted me to schedule a consultation. I met Nick at the shop and immediately, I believed in his confidence. He had certitude that he could make this car sing. I set an appointment and paid the deposit. I ultimately decided to go with his recommendation for a single step paint correction and a ceramic coating. I'm not a super trusting person, but I granted full confidence that if he could handle McClarens, Ferrari's and Mustangs, my Tesla would be in capable hands. Their Instagram photos are show-stopping. Fast forward - Nick scheduled timing that worked for me. Nicak also accommodated my request to upgrade my package (which likely meant more of his time than initially planned). He was gracious and communicative the entire time. I dropped my car off, and awaiting the result. As the hours ticked by - I grew more excited to see the handiwork. Nick called to advise that he would need a little more time and I appreciated his communication. Nick is excellent at communicating. When the final call came to collect my vehicle - I rushed out to retrieve it. I did not truly know how great the result would or would not be... ...Holy moly! Nick must be a sorcerer, because he has magic in his shop! I cannot applaud his work, care and attention to detail - with higher regard. My car honestly looks, how I wish it looked, when delivery came from Tesla Rocklin. I sincerely can not recommend Tursimo Auto Spa enough. Totally and fully, Nick was committed to the end result, and it shows. If your car need some life, or some pride - reinvigorate your ride. UPDATE 9/26/20: I had my windows tinted on the Model 3 by our long tinter, who's seen us through multiple car tintings....hindsight is 2020. Having had the paint correction and ceramic prior - I probably should have had Turismo do the tinting, alas I opted for the prior tinter. The same care was not taken on my car, he created multiple new issues in the paint. Rather than confront and create tension, I decided to see if Turismo would be able to correct his issues, no fault of their. I didn't mind paying them what it took, because Nick at Turismo, had already earned my trust and he could have opted not to take it on. Low and behold, he corrected the new issues and then some. All I can say is WOW! Placer Mobile Detailing did a fantastic job cleaning my car. They have such attention to detail and made my car really shine. I did have the paint correction and ceramic applied almost 2 years ago which was their Bronze package at the time and I was thoroughly impressed then! It held up well as I was promised but just recently had done an upgrade to the silver this year and what a great improvement that was! I had Turismo do a deep clean on the inside of my Jeep cherokee. I had dog hair throughout the inside from my lab. I was very much impressed by Nick's results! He took my 15 year old, 154,000 mile 2004 F150 (I've owned since new) and much to my surprise, made it look as close to brand new as possible! It was heavily stained with soda, coffee, tea and construction dust. I was concerned about signing the disclosure and not being protected if the stains didn't come out. I had no need to worry. Seriously amazing customer service and meticulous work! I had a pretty nasty situation on my hands last week. My daughter got sick all over the back of my SUV, literally ALL OVER. It was gross but it happens. I called Matt and he scheduled me in the next day! I warned him of what to expect and he said no problem at all. Nick came out right on time and spent all day working to get my car clean. It was raining and Nick said no problem, he put up a tent in the drive way and kept working, My car is 11 years old and had never been detailed. When Nick was done, it literally looks brand new.
