Wouldn't waste my time if you're doing single pieces. I recently had a hat made and the phrase I put on the front and back of the hat were BOTH visibly crooked and off center. When I brought it to his attention he became defensive and said, "it's a minor detail and people might not notice it". As a paying customer, I expect what I paid for and nothing less. I demanded a refund and was told, "I don't liKe dealing with people like you who make issues over something so small". I'd give him one star if he wasn't the only place that did single items. I knew this business when they were in Gaithersburg. I'm glad they are still around. I'm willing to travel to get good quality. They are a bit harder to find now, they are on the third floor of a building and parking isn't that great. But as for the quality of their work, they are unmatched. They also keep my records of everything I've done and embroidered on a shirt or hat, so they can look up previous work and do it again if I need more of anything.
