I was told the clothing would be ready on March 20th. So I arrived at 6:00 PM on March 20th to pick it up. When I got there, the manager checked with the tailor and informed me the items were not ready. I then overheard that the alterations had not even been started. The work required included sleeve adjustments on the jacket and both shirts, as well as hemming the pants. I explained that I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania--over two hours away--and asked if the items could be shipped to me. The manager declined and instead suggested I wait about an hour. Given the amount of work still needed, and my schedule, this did not feel like a realistic or reasonable solution. What was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment of the situation. There was no apology and no effort to offer an alternative solution that would make things right. As a result, my son will not have properly fitted clothing for his first event. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication and customer service, particularly given the clear expectations that had been set.
