We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted. My location was a bit out of their area of coverage, but the gentleman I spoke was clearly knowledgeable and gave me his time and advice on my stairlift issue. He explained the exact bolt, location, and wrench size I needed to address my issue. He even offered me to call him back when I was at the location should I need further advice!!! I may be able to resolve it myself. Solano Mobility has an authentic concern for helping others. That is a great metric for judging the value system of the company.
