I called at exactly 9A, when they opened to let them know I went online and rescheduled my appointment for two days later with the same therapist and I needed to cancel the appointment for 7-8P that night, since I can't do that online. My child's holiday event got pushed back a night due to a rain delay. It's 'policy', but they totally get to exercise that policy at their discretion. In addition, I informed them over 30 days ago (requirement) that I wanted to discontinue my membership. I was told the membership manager wasn't in the office and would need to call me later. I got a voicemail that they'd received my request. Today, I get another monthly membership charge. I call, and I'm told the membership manager isn't in the office, they'll have to call me later, again. As of now, I've cancelled both the appointment tonight, the rescheduled appointment on Friday, Dec 24, and my membership. All I wanted was to reschedule my 60 minute membership credit for a 90 minute service (which makes them more money), but it looks like I'm losing my $69 membership credit (it went up since my last review) as a 'fee'. IMHO, given the subpar service levels at this location, especially in dealing with these two issues, I would look for an independent, local therapist or spa. Sometimes, "we get what we pay for" is so accurate.

I initially asked for 45 minutes. My booth was right next to someone who insisted on watching a video, that plus the sounds of the mall is less than ideal but you get what you pay for. When I asked my massage therapist to go deeper, she almost refused telling me I would be sore tomorrow. I've had several massages and I know how my body responds. She reminded me many times that I would be sore... I finally just stopped responding to her. Then I hear another customer come in, they get upset when one of the therapists tells them it is $24 instead of the $20 listed on the board for a 20 minute massage. Everyone around me is yelling and talking loudly, the better business bureau is called, and finally I ask that my massage be over at 20 minutes. I'm asked to many times over why and I respond that I'm just trying to have a massage and relax because I'm in a lot of pain. The therapist eventually agrees (it hasn't even been 10 minutes at this point), but continues to complain to me about the customer with the bureau representative and how people don't tip. I'm almost in tears because the entire ordeal is frustrating. Eventually my clothes are thrown at me, my card gets double charged and they have to give me $20 in cash to make up for the overcharge. I would never ever recommend this location to anyone. I would give a zero if I could. I wish I had the same experience as the other people who loved it.
