I have always been skeptical of dealerships because they're known for giving people a run for their money. Working with Sergey was a breath of fresh air. He walked me through the process step by step, and explained everything so that I could understand. He made sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and made sure to give me options. Not only did he make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I chose, but he went above and beyond to get me the best financing deal ever. I came in with my own financing in place, and he told me that the terms of my loan were way too high. After a few moments, and sone phone calls, he ends up lowering my interest rate by 7% ,saving me thousands over the term of the loan. He also took the time to show me how by paying a little extra each month, I can pay it off early, and save even more. I will absolutely be purchasing my trucks from Sergey from now on. I purchased a Ford truck from this dealership during their 2025 "Black Friday Special." During the transaction, Noel tried every trick in the book to back out of the advertised price and incentives. I'll spare you the details of their profanity and rudeness; their professionalism is UNREAL. You can read the other one-star reviews for that. However, within 48 hours of the purchase, the truck failed inspection. According to state law, all dealers must provide a 30-day warranty. However, Sergie and Noel seem to believe they can ignore this rule if they think you received a discount or participated in a promotional offer they advertised on Facebook. Running a sale to attract customers does not justify selling vehicles that cannot pass inspection. Furthermore, Sergie claimed that our issue was with Precision Tune of Reisterstown. We called Precision Tune, and they confirmed that they inspect vehicles for Classic Motors and have a long-standing relationship with them. However, they refused to provide any information about the vehicle in question. The receptionist informed us that inspection details must come from the dealership, while the dealership directed us to call Precision Tune. There are also some interesting aspects in the relationship between Classic Motors and Precision Tune. We'd best refer our concerns to the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General, and Federal Trade Commission, to name a few. I have listed them so that other readers will know the correct course of action. I am sure Sergie and Noel will post a BLAME SHIFTING rebuttal, but there is a common theme among your one-star reviewers that cannot be ignored. I also took the truck back right after I bought it because there was a small ding in the windshield. This was the same day. They said they weren't responsible but fixed it begrudgingly. The next day someone bashed the windshield in at my home which is very close to their lot. Coincidence? I have a security camera now on it at all times and will defend my property but you make that call. No other crime in my area in 50 years. Would never recommend them. read more

Bought a truck from the dealership they lied about the inspection. Ended up getting my truck that I bought 20 days later than when it was purchased. They never told me about the work they were doing on the truck. Had the truck for less than 30 days and now it has $7200 worth of work that needs to be done. This is not a credible dealership they are a scam they even scammed the paperwork saying that there was only X number of miles when there was actually 18,000 more miles on the vehicle than what they redid the paperwork afterward. I will not give anything above one star to this dealership. I only give them one star for the salesman who told us about a car that my dad and were interested in but wouldn't start. They should be grateful for even getting that after the experience we went through there. We found a 2004 Ford Excursion that we were interested in. Looked nice and clean, didn't smell bad, diesel engine sounded like it was in tip-top shape, and it seemed to be in good condition. That is, until the overhead bin popped out. There was also Bondo in the wheel wells, indicating that there was major rust there. But we ignored that because it seemed trivial. When I tested the brake lights by backing her up, I didn't hear a peep out of them, even when we were two or three feet away from the other cars! Then came the test drive. Everything was fine until we tested the brakes: slamming on them at a moment's notice in case of emergencies. I did that, and THE BRAKES GAVE OUT!!! I put her in neutral, turned on the hazards, and pressed down on the emergency brake, but THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER!!!!!! Until it's fixed, that oversized tin can on wheels is a tragedy waiting to happen to some poor soul(s). We miraculously managed to coast to a stop, without getting in an accident, into an empty parking lot, and I called the dealership to tell them what had happened. The person who answered sounded like he abruptly hung up on me after saying that someone would pick us up. When they arrived, they barely said a word to us but pointed out that the brakes were done. They said that this vehicle was Maryland state inspected, but that doesn't mean jack squat to me. (My guess is that the inspector checks if the car turns on and moves, and if it does then it passes.) When one of them was parking the car after giving a quick fix to the brakes, I heard quite possibly the loudest brake screeches in my life, which forever removed any doubt about the brakes being kaput. They took us back, and they only apologized just once to us about what happened. If the manager knew about this, he/she didn't even come out afterwards to try to make it up to us. Okay, maybe the mechanics missed the brakes, but isn't it their job to check on the inventory just to be sure that the vehicles are fit to be road tested? And on top of that, they wanted sixteen grand for it!!! I wouldn't buy from these clowns if they were the last used car dealership on Earth. One of the sketchiest run down dealerships i have ever been to. Salesmen could barely speak english and one had his fly to his pants down the entire time we were there.The place alone looks awful,rundwon trailers, shop is a falling apart building, just not the looks of somewhere you'd wanna buy a 30k dollar truck. Trucks look a lot different online than in person. A lot of rust going on underneath , strings tying on exhausts, tears in interior, rust and body damage to many of the trucks. Almost every truck in the lot looked ragged out. They don't even inspect the vehicles until after you buy them which is also very odd.Claim to be the #1 truck dealer in Maryland, but id rather buy one off of craigslist. This place is an absolute joke! I read on their website and was told on the phone a particular vehicle was in excellent condition. That being said, I flew out to purchase this vehicle and intended to drive it home over 600 miles. Well for starters a lot can be said about how a company operates and by how they maintain their facility. This place is operated out of a run down, falling apart trailer with their mechanics working out of a lean-to connected to that trailer. The yard is a dump. Cart parts scattered around and abandoned car projects resembles a junkyard more than a dealership. This should have been my red flag all on its own. But giving them the benefit of the doubt I preceded. After a short test drive I inspected the exterior and even in the rain I could see all the dents and paint chips hidden behind replaced bumpers or headlights. The body panels had bondo work performed as if it was in a big collision. Other panels showed signs of being repainted as well. When confronted about this the salesman instantly showed signs of nervousness, as if a thief caught in the act... He claimed to have never seen any of the items I pointed out but admitted to knowing about only one. At this point he just admitted to all his lies because he personally told me on the phone it was in excellent shape and his website stated all original paint, no bodywork, no dents, scratches ect. I can't express enough how big of a joke this place is and I URGENTLY warn all who think to look here for a vehicle!! If you do decide to take a chance and gamble with this place please do yourself a favor and research as much as possible. Pay close attention to all body lines on a vehicle, all of the body gaps between doors, fenders, hood ect. Also be sure to look for inconsistencies in the paint. There are many other things to look for as well so do your research online before heading out. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I wouldn't recommend this used car dealer to my worst enemy. Okay, maybe my worst... The owners (father & son) were very uncooperative when we began having problems 2 days after buying our 2004 Nissan Fronier. We had to bring this vehicle back 3 times and they had it for a total of 18 days. The last time I brought it in Mike (father) offered to purchase me an exteneded warranty because I was so worried about what would go wrong next. I hadn't had a chance to drive it much since it spent more than 1/2 the warranty days in the shop and didn't get anywhere near the 1,000 miles. I accepted his offer only for him to call me the following week (when the warranty had run out) to tell me he wasn't going to buy the extension because it cost too much! Well guess what? We have major issues with this vehicle and it's going to cost us a couple of thousand dollars to get everything fixed. I asked them the very first time if I could trade it for another vehicle and they would not even accomodate me on that... said they would fix everything to my satisfaction... NOT!!!! Save yourself the aggrivation and go somewhere else. I now have an attorney involved. Even if i can't get my money back for the lemon I bought I'd at least like to have them pay for the repairs needed. I was told by 2 different mechanics that this truck should never have passed inspection... which by the way was done by Seabook Care Center... don't use them either!! Feeling screwed :( read more

After searching for a long time for a truck that I liked I found the perfect one at classic motors. I went down to look at the truck and found it to be less than advertised. That said I still loved the truck and wanted to purchase it. I told Alex about the issues with the truck, driver's power window wouldn't work. It had been hit on the drivers side and someone tried to touch it up poorly. Also had a warning light on the dash. Without hesitation or any prompting he explained the issue with the warning light(speed sensor) and said they would fix all those problems. He said give him two weeks to get it fixed as his mechanic was very busy. He was with a customer and I didn't want to obstruct another deal so we parted ways and I told him I want the truck and to call me when it was finished and I will come get it. I followed up in two weeks since I hadn't received a call at that point. Again, I was told his mechanic was very busy and hadn't gotten to it yet. I understood and honestly wasn't in a huge hurry and loved the truck. Waited for a call for another two weeks and then called in to check on progress only to be told that they sold it to another customer who was willing to take it as is. I was furious to say the least. At that point he tried to turn it back on me essentially for not breathing down his neck about getting it done. He asked for more time so I gave it to them and now I am out a truck. The worst part of the whole situation is that I would have bought the truck day one as-is if that's how they wanted to sell it. No negotiation they offered to fix all that for the asking price and then sold it out from under me. I buy/sell at least one vehicle a year and I can say this was by far the worst dealer I have dealt with. read more

After driving 3 hours to look at a truck, we arrived and the truck wasn't even on the lot. Serg argued with me saying I told them I was coming Saturday. I politely told him we were coming Friday and he stormed inside to get his phone to show me my message that said "we are coming Friday". He then continued to say the truck was at the chevy dealership getting the radio fixed. When the truck arrived at the lot the radio was hanging out of the dash. After he screamed profanity in front of us to the chevy dealership we went out and looked at the truck. We noticed it was missing a spare tire and mount. They ordered the mount and installed in. They were not able to get a spare tire so they offered us a check for 100 bucks. We politely told them you cannot buy a tire and rim for 100 bucks and he yelled at us saying he already spent 200 bucks fixing the truck. We did buy the truck and on the way home we realized it needed brakes, BAD. We had to replaced all 4 brakes. The rear brakes were so bad that the rotors were destroyed by the brakes having NO pad left. Customer service was awful. We will never purchase a truck from there again or refer someone to them. read more
