Anywhere?? This last and final straw, I went in to get a fill. I had not one nail broken, which was good for me because they were longer than I would normally get. One was cracked, but to no fault of my own and I had known that for a few days as I felt it weaker which alluded me to the crack. Again, there was no break, just a crack about quarter way through. When the technician was taking off the nail polish with drill, I told her about the CRACKED nail and she advised of several other nails that were "cracked". I had a French design on 8/10 nails and saw no alleged cracks. I wanted my nails shorter so assumed that would be a bit extra but in addition to that, I was charged for TWO "nail repairs" for cracked, not broken nails. All the technician did was add extra acrylic onto the nail. Nothing else. I got no design and picked a basic color to add to my nail. Also to add insult to injury, the technician drilled my cuticles so low on a couple fingers that she drew blood. It's a day later and it still hurts. I missed when Kevin was there. Most of the technicians and what I'm assuming is the owner or manager are thieves. The salon itself looks nice but I am done paying my hard earned money to these crooks.
