It's extremely disappointing that customers are not treated with basic respect here. I spent $140 on services and was met with unprofessional behavior from Lili and several of the pedicure staff. The manager and owner refused to take accountability for the poor service and unsanitary practices I witnessed. One staff member had visible open blisters on her mouth and chest, which appeared concerning. When I raised this issue, the manager dismissed it, saying it was "normal in their country." Additionally, another technician became upset when I requested clean, sterilized utensils after noticing the ones provided were not properly sanitized. This experience was completely unacceptable. I tried to give this place a second chance but they are still so bad... My MIL and I went in without an appointment and the front desk lady told us to pick out a polish color, nothing else was said. We are then seated in two of the massage chairs. For the next 15 minutes, 5 different employees just look at us and don't say a word. Meanwhile, my baby is crying lol. The plan was to make a return to Target and get a run in. As I was driving through the parking lot I noticed this nail bar. I walked in and boy was I shocked to see how spacious it is. This is largest nail bar I've seen in the metro Atlanta area. I was impressed with the greeter. He greeted me with a hello and welcome. He then gave me a number and asked that I wash my hands and pick a color. They have a sink in the middle of the floor with sanitizer, soap and wipes. There are 2 walls with a variety of nail colors. SNS has its own area. How neat! Perfect for me bc I only get SNS and today I found a color that I love . It's a very light baby blue. Perfect for Spring! After choosing the color, I was seated in the spa chair. The water was not too hot or cold. Just right. . He turned on the massage selected the perfect pressure points. There were 4 women waiting ahead of me. They were quite busy. The nail tech was very professional and attentive to how I wanted my nails and feet to look. I may have a new nail bar . This location is 30 min from my home but so far it is worth the drive. They're located in the Target plaza on the end near Jim N Nicks. read more

I had been going to this nail salon for a year and a half. I have never had a problem until the last three months. I realized that I had something going on with my nails and I wanted all of the acrylic taken off. Once the acrylic was taken off, I had four nails (two on each hand) that had nail fungus. I told the tech I had never had a nail fungus and have been getting my nails done for at least 30 years. I was nervous to try them as I had a nail technician I'd been going to for 3 years, but I moved and needed to find a closer shop. I loved that they had a lot of choices for nail colors for both SNS and Gel. I went in the morning when they first opened up, so the wait time was minimal. My pedicure was pretty decent (Ana). I loved how my nails looked, but I will say the technician (David) did drill my cuticles too close and I walked away with a couple of cuts. I didn't realize how bad it was until the next day. This was kind of a big deal to me since I'm pregnant and more prone to infection, but thank God my cuticle beds healed fast with no infection. The man at the front desk was not professional when I ask how long of a wait he told me " ask him" and tilted his head to another guy and that guy said "pick a color and sit down" in a demanding tone. When he told me to go to a chair he didn't bother to show me which one. After sitting for over 10min with no one helping me another group of customer's came in and was immediately serviced. The service I received was rushed, and I don't believe the technician didn't use a base coat before applying the polish.I was told the that the service would cost $10, but upon reaching the register to check out, I was charged $15. Despite feeling that the service did not warrant a tip, I still left a $2 tip. Additionally, when I mentioned that I could only pay with Apple Pay, the staff member seemed annoyed and upset that I wouldn't pay her directly. I came in and put on a mask that they told me was required and costs $1. (No problem with this at all) Customers are required to wear a mask but upon entering there were 2 employees not wearing one. I was not instructed to pick out colors, shown where to go nor asked what I wanted. Until I interrupted a group of employees and asked them what to do. Then came the Most unrelaxing nail environment I've ever been in, with the obnoxious man who was checking people in walked around on his business and personal phone having loud conversations on speaker phones, while there are signs around telling guests not to be on their phone. The woman who did my pedicure nicked my heel and then said it was already like that as it bled. Then charged me over the amount advertised for the gel manicure. Not to mention the coughing attack she had 2x before even starting my polish, she didn't even excuse herself to go to the back. Next was the man who did my nails, all I wanted was a single color and SNS nails. He put a layer of the pink acrylic on that made them insanely thick. Then when sanding the sns he hit the pink, leaving the color uneven. I asked him to fix it and had to convince him it wasn't right. This is the first time I've gotten my nails done since everything closed (beginning of March) my nails were long, and they were cut down completely and unevenly without even asking how I would like them. Finally, after an hour and a half and of being patient while the correct mistakes, it was time to check out. My total came out to $103 - they overcharged me by $20 for my pedicure. Said I requested deluxe - but I only got the allure. Also, they told me upon walking in it would be $1 for a mask then charged me $4 upon leaving.
