The small little grates put in seem to provide little help as there is no exit for the flow of water in there. I'm trying once again to address the water issue, but I'm beyond frustrated. Pavers are sinking as well. I sure wish someone would come check things out. I'm tempted to have the whole pool removed and going back to grass. Pictures might be hard to tell, but standing there you definitely can. Every worker I get here say the pool should have been lower and graded correctly.

They installed a new pump and rerouted some pipes. This has made our pool run more efficiently. We then scheduled a liner replacement with Pool Techs. They kept us informed as to when the liner would arrive and date of the installation. The techs did an excellent job with the installation of the liner. Fast forward to the current problem that was caused by Pool Service Techs. When they first started servicing my pool the service person was doing an excellent job. My pool liner was in good condition with NO signs of fading. I started noticing the pool steps were slowing signs of algae and I contacted their office. The service person started cleaning these better and I then noticed there was fading of the blue pattern vinyl liner in front of the pool stairs. There was also fading of the blue pattern in some of the corners. Some of these blue patterns are now almost white. I contacted their office expressing this issue. About 1or 2 pasted and I got a lengthy email that pool liners fade about 10% per year. I then requested the owner to contact me. I received a lengthy email stating the same 10% deterioration per year and that pools with heavy organic material can cause deterioration. I requested a representative of Pool Service Techs to meet me at the pool site. No one ever did. Then I receive lengthy information about the fading of pool liners. I would have thought a responsible company would want to see the pool and determine if they thought there was any issues with how they were servicing the pool first. If Pool Service Techs. had visited the pool, they would have seen the fading is in selected corners. It starts and stops without gradually fading. This is not due to the sun of organic material. I then received a notice from Pool Service Techs. management that they will no longer service the pool. No notice. I don't suggest anyone use this company to service or have them preform work on their pool base on how they have handled this situation. Past customer Ed in Spanish Fort, AL

He promised it would be ready for Mother's Day even though they ran into complications during the replacement of the liner. It seems we had more damage in the deep end then we were able to detect until the liner was removed. Some more $ and more repairs had to take place but Lee still kept his promise to have it ready for Mother's Day May 2017. It turned out beautiful and you can see all of the photos from the project posted here. I would recommend this business for pool repairs and replacement of pool liners.

We are not knowledgeable with in ground pools…read more I received a few recommendations off of NextDoor for Coastal Living Pools, with Mr. Kris Giles when our pump stopped working. I had called a few pool companies and Mr. Giles was the only one who seemed very knowledgeable. My issue was a pump has gone bad leaving my pool a very dark green and non functioning. He came in, changed out the pump to a newer model, changed some of the PVC tubes, cleaned my pool until it was crystal clear/pristine. He made sure the chemicals were correct and checked back in with me every few days to make sure it was going smoothly. I will also say he ended up being more fair in price. Other companies were going to charge double what he did, and I did let him know, but he was genuinely more concerned with everything working correctly more so than the money. I ended up needing to call again because I couldn't figure something out with the pump (about 2 months later) he came right back out, fixed the issue, and was more than reasonable in price. I will only contact Coastal Living' Pools!
