The coffee was pretty good and the cafe itself was nice with cool coats and posters hanging around... and the baristas were friendly with a tableside deliver of my drink... almost 5 stars. Until I ordered an avocado toast and received avocado paste with pesto. Pesto? I'm allergic to dairy and made that known when ordering my mocha. I didn't anticipate dairy being in the avocado toast... but pesto contains parmesan cheese. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there was pesto until after the first bite and a a result, I was sick later in the day. I wasnt offered a refund or a replacement... so, only 4 stars. I will probably come back... but will be more careful when ordering food items going forward. read more

Stopped in on a roadtrip. Staff were welcoming when we walked in and gave us time to look at the menu. The shop itself was clean and tidy and the bathrooms were spotless. Food and coffee were all delicious and came out in a timely manner. read more

Considering you have to repeat your order at the window even if you're the only one in the drive thru line should worry you. The only one in the line today and I got asked "what did you have?"......My iced americano w cream had no cream and tasted like that liquid coffee from hospitals on ice. Not worth the $5. read more

Well I was hoping to find a good Coffee House in town and was starting to have my doubts, came across this joint on Yelp and decided to check it out. I hadn't even ordered a Coffee and looked at my brother and said, "This place Rocks!" Pun intended. :) well after taking in the decor of the joint I began to look over the menu. The names will make you laugh, the drinks will bring you back. I ordered the Cortado, not just because I'm Cuban and it was Cafecito time but I would be able to truly judge if this was a legit coffeehouse or just a wickedly cool decorated place. Well the Cortado was amazing and so was the Dirty White Boy latte that I ordered. Staff was delightful and had us laughing. We will definitely be stopping here to have more coffee and do some work since they offer wifi. If you are passing through on 94 make the detour and stop in. You won't be disappointed. read more

My fiance and I came here on a Saturday morning and the staff was so friendly and even walked our food and drinks out to us. They were very helpful in helping us decide on drinks and food. The decor is awesome even if you're not a fan of classic rock. There is music playing but not so loud that you can have a conversation. All in all, I think this is going to become a regular stop for us. read more

We were visiting a friend in Mandan, ND in early August and he took us to Classic Rock Coffee as we made our way out of town to Fargo. This place puts Starbucks to shame! The vibe of the restaurant is very cool and all of the memorabilia that they have on the walls makes it even more unique. I had an iced Raspberry Beret espresso drink and a War Pig bagel sandwich - both were SUPERB! You don't find unique drinks like this place has on a Starbucks menu! I wish we had gone here more than once, but we were so busy that we never got back there! Whatever the case, this Tucson, AZ tourist gives Classic Rock Coffee 6 out of 5 stars! read more

Whoa! Stop here at your next opportunity. This place Rocks!! We were travelling through the Bismark area and befuddled as we struggled to locate a good coffee shop. One we found online closed at 3 PM. WHAT?!?!? The other we stopped at (in a bike shop?) was new and apparently closed for the day also. Then this place came up on Google Maps and it was just a mile away. What a Godsend!! When you walk in, you see a spacious place full of funky art and Classic Rock paraphernalia. The first stop for me was the bathroom and it has an amazing Rolling Stones logo. Everything was super clean. It looks like a club when you first walk in but it's not overly loud or dark. Very comfy space though we were hitting the road and didn't have time to hang around long. My friends had placed their orders and were chowing down on some of the great baked goodies while I figured out what I wanted. I worried that the staff was very young but they were super qualified and friendly. I asked what was recommended and the girl gave a brilliant description of the Hazelnut Coffee - she provided detail about the sweetness that was really helpful to understanding how I should order. I'm guessing she is just as capable of describing all the other assorted offerings. I was scorched after a long walk in the ND sun and so I ordered a blended Great White Buffalo (vanilla latte) and it was the most amazing coffee drink I' have enjoyed in years!! Perfect flavor... a lovely cool down with tasty whip cream on top. We were looking for water and the guy directed us to their jug and we filled our bottles. Very professional and helpful these two. My only knock is that the kid didn't know about Cinderella's Long Cold Winter... ;-) I told him to check it out. Great album. Seriously, if you're in the area, I recommend you check them out as they also have food and advertised beer and wine. The place is big so maybe you'll even happen upon a band or something. This place has a pretty different atmosphere for a coffee shop, but it was cool! Classic rock music playing in the background (obviously), but not too loud that you can't talk or study. Very spacious with plenty of tables, couches, and booths. And tons of outlets lining the wall! For coffee, I'd recommend the specialty drinks.
