Classic has been our preferred heating and AC company for 3 years now. We own 4 houses and have had them do the biannual service on all of them. They are fantastic. From prices to customer service, These guys are the best. We had an issue with our blower motor. They came and replaced it. The blower went out 2 months later. It turned out that the blower wheel was bad and should have been replaced along with the motor. They replaced the blower wheel for free. A $400 job. If you need an AC company, these are the guys!!!! Now only if they could do plumbing!!!!!! read more

They did an absolute amazing job! My mum and I own an AirBnb in Gruene, TX. We had guests staying while the AC went out! I called in at 6:08 PM for an emergency visit and they were able to show up before 9AM the next day with no time to waste. The fix was super fast & they rescued the guests from the heat! Super friendly as well, and left no information out on what had to be done. Thank you Mitchell Wesch! You were AWESOME! Definitely recommend this service. These guys are amazing!!!! They respond immediately and get someone out for service quickly. We had a unit seize up at 3 AM on Christmas Eve and we submitted a service request. They called us as soon as they opened and had a tech over shortly there after. The tech figured out what was wrong and got us up and running with our electric heat to tied us over during the cold snap. They had a sales person come out as soon as they could and he figured out exactly what we needed. He even worked with us for several hours to get financing in place. In less than a week they came back out and replaced to both indoor and outdoor units for our upstairs and downstairs systems in only took them a few hours. Highly recommend!!! read more

Moved into my new house 2 weeks ago and found out I had no a/c, John and the guys came out and did an estimate and gave to the owner, I am renting. Within a couple of days (was the weekend), they came back out and installed a brand new (inside/outside) unit and all is great now.
